@Cannotcope4223 I hope the OP doesn't mind a small derailment. My villa in Portugal is on the Silver Coast and this is what the owner tells me about life there (although she's talking about a private villa with private pool, so hopefully you can find some other info re: hotels etc)
Our life is quite normal.
Of course we go with the recommended hygiene recommendations (wash hands frequently) and keep some distance to people we don't know (also while standing in line at the cashier).
When we walk outside we do not wear masks and we are not required to wear them. When we meet with friends we also wear no masks, but we keep more distance than usual and don't hug and kiss.
Meanwhile the cafes and restaurants are open. Every shop/supermarket/bakery/cafe offer disinfectant when entering and the cafes and restaurants offer less tables than usual. When you enter a restaurant or go to the bathroom you have to wear a mask; when you sit at your table you can take off the mask. It's a bit inconvenient, but that's where it is probably everywhere in Europe this year...
On June 1st all shopping centers will open and all very big shops as well - like Ikea and other big furniture stores. All other shops, landmarks, museums and, businesses are already open.
In general I have to say that we have a very relaxed atmosphere here in our area. Meanwhile people are going to the beach to sunbath and swim and since the beach is very large (and we have many beaches around our area) it's never crowded and people can easily keep the needed distance. The weather is perfect since quite a while and we enjoy our swimming pool.
Right in the beginning, when the virus started to spread in Italy and France, the government had acted very fast and the people were very disciplined and sticked to the rules. Therefore Portugal did manage very well. We were very luck to be here because we had no single case and also in the close by villages were only very few infections.
The day before yesterday we went to Lisbon to meet with friends for dinner. We went earlier and made a stop at the Hieronymus monastery and the famous Pastel de Nata bakery (which is right in the neighborhood) and we didn't need to stay in line. That was soooooo amazing because typically the lines are endless. In the past we did several approaches to go there, but every time we skipped the plan because the lines were so long. So in this case the Pandemic showed off its good side - beside all the good side effects for the environment.
