Sun 950 holiday cancelled today

Hi, has anyone else had their sun holidays cancelled? I got an email today saying the holiday I've booked in France isn't available (even though it's still available on the auto amp website!) so they've cancelled it. But I've booked flights that are non-refundable. From the sound of it many people have been affected. I can't get through on the phone line to see if they'll give me money for my flights I now can't use

We had our holiday cancelled too, around 2000 people have been affected apparently :-(

Hi, My family and I have also been affected by this so called glitch. We had a holiday to Tuscany booked for 21st August, we now have 5 return flights booked to Pisa but no accommodation. If I book direct with Eurocamp it will cost me an extra £750 or I could take my 3 children out of school and change the easyjet flight dates at a cost of £250 plus flight price increases but even if I do that I will not be able to change the flights until confirmation has been received from Eurocamp/Greenbank which will probably take weeks and in that time who knows how much the flights may increase, also there will be school fines for 3 children to be factored in.
We have been on at least 15 sun holidays in the last 8 years and I am very disappointed with how we have been treated. The accommodation is still available on Eurocamps website so therefore should be honoured as they themselves have admitted liability for this massive mistake.
