Good morning all. The sun is shining and I am busy tidying the kitchen so must go. Hope you all have good days.

Mouseface · 23/06/2010 10:26

Morning again, tis me, Mouseface (spelt correctly this time)

Double - glad the coffee went well with BSNN last night and horrah for DS and his football, erm I mean soccer, match later . That poem is beautiful!!

Bella - yum, chilli sounds fab. Do you put chocolate in it?

SAF - SAF? SAF? Where is she? I can't see her she's so bloomin' slim!

Trills - I bet you look hot in your pink dress and wedges!!

Mittz - yay!! That snog worked then! Glad you're back lovely.

DIB - morning!!

Hells - hope the dcos goes well and DD is well behaved for you?!

Lizzy - have fun holiday shopping. Ah, a holiday.

Bitter - yay for being a nice mummy. Something I don't often do with DD and should do more. And yummy, gingerbread!

Fanny - hello and goodbye!

Well, we have a 2 hour drive ahead of us and then the same back. Not looking forward to the M6 it's hell on earth most days.

We're seeing DS's cleft surgeon, Paediatric Dentist and his ENT Consultant all one after the other so I'm hoping we get out rather sharpish! Just not looking forward to the journey with a puking DS in a hot car, I'm hoping that MrMouse will put the air-con on for the duration.

I just hope we don't run into his cleft nurse (for fear of what I may say) she's shockingly shit at her job. They are supposed to support the families but we never hear from her! Twice in six months. Not that I care nor need her.

Rant over........

Had to take DD out of school too as no childcare. So have to drag the poor girl there with us.

Anyway, lunches to make, feeds to give, meds to sort and teeth to brush, mine! Will be back later on tonight.

Have fun everyone xx

Saf, If you are a hermit, then so am I.

I rarely venture further than the hell that is WF unless I'm coming to visit you.

And I've never travelled either.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 23/06/2010 10:40

Oh and well done mousie, good luck with the hospital.

I weighed myself this morning for the first time in ages. 9 stone 8lb, so I'm a couple of pounds up, but not bad with af.

12lb to go - I'm hoping I can deal with at least half of that in the next couple of weeks with the dukan.

Just waiting for my bumper load of meat, fish and yoghurt to turn up.

jetcat · 23/06/2010 10:42

safe driving mouse (and put the aircon on mr mouse) I hope it all goes as well as it can

are we all set up for the match then? Junior is gutted, as her school have set up the big halls for them to watch from 3 (complulsory as in school time) - she wants to just go to her lesson. Good job she has her ear plugs She says they can stay after school time if they want - but she is coming straight home

Fingers crossed DEM

Mouseface · 23/06/2010 10:48

Bitter - 12lbs to go!!!???? Are you only 4ft tall???

What's your best weight then? What suits you?

See, if I get to 9st 6lb (at 5ft 7in) according to BMI I'll be alomst under weight but I suit that weight IYKWIM.....

I have 34G breaticles so always look top heavy, like I may topple over at any time! But I like my bottom half super slim.

Oh and thanks re hospital everyone.... I'm also going have to be smacked off my face on pain meds to get through 2 hours of being in one position.....

I'm sure Norma will have had the same problem gettting to her holiday destination.

Mouseface · 23/06/2010 10:50

I'm sure I should be doing something more constructive...........

SAF - yes, I have just bothered to do it correctly!! Doh!

You're right about the lowest part of the range and yeah, it's huge!!! Why so I have no idea.

Double - I'll carry your bags, fan you in the heat, pour you ice cold cocktails (no smut), peel you grapes....... take me with you!

I'm supposed to be making lunches but MrMouse is fucking about painting the skirting board!!! We have to leave in 45 mins......

Right, lunches done, so time to get my ass into gear.....

I'm actually quite nervous about this, not like me. I feel all weird and jittery.

I guess I don't want them to give me a date for yet more operations for him........

Be back tonight.

Have a sunShiney day, whatever you're all up to!!!

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 23/06/2010 11:37

Mousie I am only 5'3" - aiming for 8 stone 10 as I used to be 8 and a half but that was pre - pregnancy.

I was 8 10 before I got pregnant with DD so I think that should be realistic.

Saf will tell you, I am quite small framed. except my lardy belly

My parents loved Sri Lanka. I guess we will end up doing what they did, wait for the DC to grow up and then go where we fancy.

Kitchen is blitzed - shopping still not here. Argh!

TBH saf, I'd rather wait anyway - it would be a nightmare travelling with my two so young. (and deathly white!)

My time will come.

Just comes back to the whole 'living someone elses life' thing I guess.

trilliAnasTra · 23/06/2010 11:53

Mouse - I'm 5'7 too but if I am 9 stone 6 (as I was for one very skinny year at university) I have no norks whatsoever. Strangely my legs are quite heavy-set (as in large, I'm not claiming magically heavy bones).
