We try to lose weight, eat healthily, stuff like that.

Wasting I spray the local cats with a savedspeciallyforthepurpose old kitchen cleaner spray thingy that I keep full of water. I used to have a cat, no shitting probs then, she kept them all out of the garden.

You can also try orange peel, some special plants that they don't like (can't remember the name, sorry) and also lion poo!

Or get a lion! DS2 would bloody love that.

I have shredded twice today, 1x level 2 and 1x level 1 with weights for cardio.

I will get arms like Crispy, oh yes sirree.

You should see our cat when he comes on the dog walk.

He will run ahead around the corner and have a go at this massive ginger Tom.

He always times it perfectly so just as the Tom is about to attack the dog comes around the corner.

He always gives a look as if to say 'Just calling in the back up'

I want Crispy's arms, too. And Mittz's legs. And Hells' everything wardrobe. And Iggi's skin. Or Shiney's. And LL's eyes.

I would alternate Trills', Jet's, BoF's and VT's hair depending on occasion.

Oh, and Yank's bust. I have serious nork envy. My chest used to be my Very Good Thing and was greatly admired until my children ate it away and what I have left is - frankly - not worth keeping.

To complete my (little bit chummy - sorry) thread, I would have Bella's twinkle and DEM's energy.

i have been doing this dukan thing for a week now and dont feel any different, still waiting for the flesh eating thing to happen, but i did come on today so maybe thats why ?

i am roughing it going camping tomorrow so will need to eat stodge and drink beer, will start the dukan again on monday
