BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 24/06/2010 19:45

Ah, DC in bed, I can sit down and have a diet coke

DEM don't mention cheese!

He did surprisingly well Saf

We'll see how it goes, I have a feeling he will want to quit before I do. He needs to lose more than I do, so I hope he sticks to it.

He dis ask the canteen at work if they would make him some scrambled eggs without butter, so maybe I'm not giving him the credit he deserves.

YanknCock · 24/06/2010 19:46

again failing to catch up properly but wondering if we are adding Chris Eccleston's cock to those we are appreciating? And if so may I also nominate David Tennant's and Robert Plant's (circa 1970)?

I was thinking of starting an AIBU but people will probably think I'm trolling. Tis about this arsehole who bullied me into giving up the room at work I was breastfeeding in so he could use it to pray. Finally had it out with him today and got my room back. Whole thing sounds like a troll attack waiting to happen, so maybe best left.

yeah sorry, expressing. i made arrangements for the room before I went up there. he then came to me on the first day and was narky because he needed a room. manager not around and i didn;t know what to do for fear of offending him so said ok and gave up expressing in afternoon, which has hurt my supply. he's a douchebag in a million other ways as well, hope he gets the sack.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 24/06/2010 20:08

@ douchebag!

Seriously though Yank, that's shit. I thought the point of God being omnipotent was that you can pray anywhere.

DeFluffy · 24/06/2010 20:09

saf what was that thread you were talking about re the woman being equated to someone who hasnt worked for 5 years?

yank - that would be an interesting thread. great propensity for evilness though so you may be better off not doing it (the thread not the expressing!).

YanknCock · 24/06/2010 20:17

I know Fluff, I can just hear the cries of 'racist troll' already, even though that is soooo not what the issue is. I should have just said 'no, I'm sorry, I made this arrangement before I started here and you should have done the same'. As it happens there are other rooms available to him, but he pressured me into giving up that one instead of asking someone else who knew the building better if there was somewhere else to use. I didn't want to make waves, but as it turns out, he's a lazy sack of shit, disruptive, arrogant, and rude, and I would have done better to stand my ground than blow up at him today.

Even so, the manager has his number now, I've told her in front of him how bloody unprofessional he is, always on the internet during training, using his phone, walking out, being rude to everyone.....he's a contractor, if anyone gets the sack first it will be him.

wastingaway · 24/06/2010 20:22

racist troll and breastfeeding nazi to boot Yank, well done!

I'm having a bad day, but am attempting to deal with it.

I need ideas on what to do about next doors cat scratching up and shitting on my vegpatch if anyone has any.
this isn't the cause of my bad day btw, but is certainly proving to be a large straw upon the camel's back.

YanknCock · 24/06/2010 20:27

wasting

would you like me to send you my super soaker that I used on the squirrel last year?

YanknCock · 24/06/2010 20:28

don't orange peels keep them away? Maybe that's already been suggested or you've tried it I cannot keep up.

Yank
You could tell him just pray away, don't mind you. Think he could've coped?!
Normally I'd be up for the importance of prayer rooms but not if he was an arse!

DidEinsteinsMum · 24/06/2010 20:36

I have used chili powder on veg patch before. If sprinkle chili powder onto the soil. But some people on here would say it is totally dispicable and can seriously harm the cats. Mind you we have only done it once and are completely cat free. Squirrel free too. I think it also cured the slugs and snails at the same time.

Am sure Alice's DH will have a gone understanding and explaination as to what damage it actually does to the cats. We have used hose pipe trick and noise trick to keep then away from the drive.

DreamsInBinary · 24/06/2010 20:38

Norma has tip of the day again! That girl must have a (self-written) bookful!

Alicetheinvisible · 24/06/2010 20:47

It is the RSPB, not RSCPA, so they are interested in protecting their birds more.

DH says sure, go with the chilli, but then he is not a small animal vet (although fully qualified as one)

Alicetheinvisible · 24/06/2010 20:48

We used pepper when our cat kept crapping behind the sofa, it worked
