I weighed today and have lost 1lb, 1 paltry lb!
I do feel slimmer though and will do attack for a couple more days.

I also slept walked last night, this protein stuff is good shit.

i had 3 slices of wholemeal, pumpkin and sunflower bread toasted last night, i think that did the trick

lizzy 1 lb is better than zero lb, you have lost a whole bag of sugar, have you felt the eight of a lb of sugar? i know a lb doesnt sounds like a lot but actually it is, well done!

Thanks Vinny, I wasn't expecting a huge amount to be honest, low carb diets don't usually work well for me.
But my trousers are looser and my 7 for all mankind jeans I bought in the sale over a year ago and could never get on now do up. But serious muffinage so need to lose some more.
