Gah! Bloody tesco have left half my shopping on the Van!

All of my meat for the whole week is currently doing a scenic tour of Northampton.

Hells - They do oatbran in Tesco. If you can't get hold of it cheaply I can post you some?

I'll have to charge you £12 postage though, I believe that's the going rate!

saf - hope the dentist sorts out your pain.

Mittz, I don't have a sweet tooth in my head, but I used to love cadbury fudge when I was a kid.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 16/06/2010 10:33

OK, very sheepish delivery driver has just knocked at the door, handed me 4 bags of shopping and apologised profusely.

Rant over.

Mittz · 16/06/2010 10:33

Frown at Kenwoods SaF. That's a bit carp.

Sorry Norma... take care. We don't mind though...don't go for long xx

Morning, tis me, Mouseface.

Double - wow, back to the UK. Is this a life, love and laudry, pack everything up and leave kind of move? Have you just had enough where you are?

Bella - ah, lovely Bella...... I can expect Bodgit & Scraper and there new 20 year old, semi naked helper to be here for another 6 weeks. How's your newbie at work? Is it today you have them there?

Mittz - I hate waking up more tired than when I went to bed so know how you feel.

Lizzy - yay for a pink critter free breakfast!!

Wasting - it's glorious here, enjoy the beach!!

Norma - sorry you're feeling fed up. Come back soon xx

Bitter - ah, Tesco and their disapearing shopping. We've had that happen twice!! Glad your is there now..... what else are you up to with all your free time?

Trills - have a wonderful time!!

SAF - oh dear, that sounds like an absess to me, sorry. I hope you can get it sorted soon, try and stay on top of your painkillers and not miss a dose. Have you tried clove oil yet?

Hells - can I send you my washing please, I don't want to venture outside to next door for fear of being killed by a mini digger!

Alice - how are you feeling today?

DS had a better night once he'd puked. Today I am faced with a pervy builder trying to talk to me, the one who pissed in my garden. I've shut the curtains so he can't look in. Freaks me out. He looks at me that little bit too long........

Slimeball.

Ah, the wonderful sound of 2 jack-hammers. You can't beat it...........

I know what you mean, it sounds like it's under your tooth? Might not work then........ I think it only works on the affected area?

When are you going to the dentist?

Mouseface · 16/06/2010 11:20

Double - take your time. I get like that, it all just gets on top and think fook it, I'm off! And in days gone by, I would just go.......

I'm being nosy so tell me to bugger orf but do you have family in the UK or where you are now? Do you have a good support network?

It's tough when you have DCs to consider.

Feel free to let it all out. I may have four tiny paws but for a mouse, I have two huge ears!!!!

Double is it a grass is always greener type thing?
What about the UK would mae you happy if you moved back?
FWIW it always seems idyllic where you are, with the river walks etc, and you do sound like a v fun Mom. But you are also a person as well as a Mom and you need to feel content.

Lizzylou · 16/06/2010 11:41

Bloody hell Saf!
Is it OK to take all those together?
I get paranoid about alternating Ibuprofen and paracetomol to be fair though.

Do you think being back in UK made you all nostalgic, Double?
Just I know that when I visit my family in the midlands I spend a good week after checking house prices on Rightmove near their houses. Because sometimes I miss home, it passes and I do remind myself that I couldn't bloody wait to leave (and even wated to emigrate to New Zealand to get away from my warring parents a few years ago).
It is just familiar and I look at it with rose tinted glasses.

It all rains less in Worcestershire
