This is our 50000 (or summat like that) thread.

Some of us do wW, some do the Lord Ford and there may even be a little bit of South Beach in here too!

If you have loads or a teeny tiny bit of weight to lose or even if you just want to eat healthy then this could be the thread for you.

If you really want to look it is here - haven't decided yet if I need separate daytime/evening outfits or if I could just travel very light and add extra sparkly makeup.

Mittz I hear rats are the next best thing to a dog

bellavita · 04/06/2010 11:01

Lovely dress!

DeFluffy · 04/06/2010 11:05

Bitter - I saw that program and thought of Fanny too! I've never seen it before, really enjoyed it.

Morning all

Lovely dress Trills.

Mittz · 04/06/2010 11:08

I haven't. I have options but am getting .(re clothes) I might have a play with my wardrobe later.

Mittz · 04/06/2010 11:14

Oh wow Trills.... sorry shorties. As it is a chance to go out I will probably be wearing crippling high heels. Very sensible to reduce to 'one' wardrobe Trills.. I on the other hand will be making the most of the event..shopping outfit, tea outfit, going out outfit, breakfast outfit, travelling outfit.

bellavita · 04/06/2010 11:21

Mitts - we will hold on to each other then with us both wearing high heels!!

Oh bless DS2! Next to the school there has been a private nursery built (finished a couple of weeks ago). The lady that has had it built used to run everything from her house and she also runs kids club that DS2 goes to. She is still having work done - a path is being put in running around the school so kids club staff and nursery staff can access both buildings. DS2 has for the last three days been helping the workmen - fetching and carrying. He said to me last night that one of the men said to him oh it's pay day tomorrow, he asked me what that meant so I said well probably Catherine will be paying the workmen if they have finished. He has just come home to show me (pleased as punch) that the men have given him £20 for helping . I know he will have grafted really really hard for the money as when he helps someone he puts his heart and soul into it.

mitts - did you manage to talk to that girl's mother? Its been preying on my mind.

Another q for you, you do beautiful paintings and have exhibitions, I think. I'm doing a very very small scale craft fair in a few weeks with handmade brooches. I'm despertely worried that not even one will sell. Will I die of shame?? Not that you're likely to know as I bet all your stuff sells.

Lizzylou · 04/06/2010 11:52

Aw Bella, well done DS2, hard working boy you've got there

Have been to tescos and got loads of fruit and salad (and fish), DH has suggested a barbeque tomorrow night.

Am going to the gym tonight, mainly so I can get on the fat wobbler, it does wonders for my fat shoulders.

I am 5ft 9" and will prob be wearing heels (not very high), if I wear skinny jeans definitely, need to elongate to slim down. I may wear a maxi dress (need to find a strapless bra first), in which case flats.

Your dress is fab, Trills, love it.

bellavita · 04/06/2010 11:55

By this time next Friday, we are all going to be nervous wrecks!

5ft 9" Lizzy Gawd, I'm gonna look so small!

Bella - bless DS2, sounds like he earnt it!

Defluff - i was going to suggest a Unique Selling Point, but actually on paper(screen) looks very un-pc and could cause offense (not my intention btw!) so will not

Trills - lovely dress, if it is hot, would probably have separate outfits tbh, but then you probably don't sweat like a pig like i do

Just rung Dr's to get my blood results (have to keep an eye on HB levels) and no-one knows where my blood has ended up

DD is atm lining up her farm animals on my flipflops and they are 'sledging' down the hall

bellavita · 04/06/2010 12:01

Your DD is adorable Alice!

Is the surgery going to look for them and call you back

Am glad it isn't just me Alice that sweats like a pig

Bella - that is really lovely. How sweet that he did it without the intention of getting paid and then did, that's a really nice boy you've got there.

Alice - I'm thick today, why would having a USP cause offense? I might have a usp as 'if you don't buy one I'll break your legs'? Might work?

God drs can be crap.

I finally get dd1 back today, my parents had her for 'one' night then bribed her into staying two, she then got really upset on the phone and wanted to come home last night but they were all 'oh she'll be fine' Should have put my foot down and just gone and got her but I couldn't stand the fall out from my parents (yes I'm a coward). Finally get her back this pm.

Am avoiding brooches my flirting with that stubbornhubby bloke/woman/it on the other thread. I need to get out more.

bellavita · 04/06/2010 12:09

Believe me Fluffy, it hasn't and isn't all plain sailing with him!

Being a coward is sometimes the way to go though - less hassle all round!

OP posts:
Lizzylou · 04/06/2010 12:14

Alice, your DD sounds gorgeous
Hope you get your results OK.

Bella, that is why I say your are tiny, I am just a giantess, all big feet, big everything really

Fluffy, who are you flirting with? That Steve bloke's not back, is he?

DeFluffy · 04/06/2010 12:28

stubbornhubby, claims hes not steve. no idea. hes a twat whatever if his story is true. But hes like a little cute doggy at the same time, whose ears you want to stroke. Definitely need to get out more

I am 5'8 and a half so you are definitely not a giantess lizzy!! I say statuesque, or willowy.

bellavita · 04/06/2010 12:29

What are we all having for lunch?

You will look like a goddess not a giantess Lizzy!

OP posts:
Lizzylou · 04/06/2010 12:30

Trust me Fluffy, there is nowt willowy about me.
Sturdy I think is best description

DS2 just told me I have a big bum. Then DS1 says "That is just because she is bigger all over"

Cheers for that!

No Ice lollies for those 2 now

DeFluffy · 04/06/2010 12:35

bloody dc!! DD asked me if I had another baby in my tummy the other day!

I'm having ww spaghetti and grated cheese. Obviously I will then gain 4lbs Think i'm heading back to drs to find out what on earth is going on.

SAF - No I haven't googled it that's why I asked you! I am very very lazy. Will google it now (sheepish)

bellavita · 04/06/2010 12:46

Oooh I have a tin of ww beans in the cupboard - I will have beans on toast! Cheers Fluffs.

OP posts:
Lizzylou · 04/06/2010 12:53

Have just had a lovely prawn and salmon salad with balsamic dressing, delish.

Going to have some fruit and nat yog now.

bellavita · 04/06/2010 12:57

I did a prawn salad last night for tea - was lovely.

Am having the beans on toast (one slice) and then will have tuna salad for tea.

OP posts:
Lizzylou · 04/06/2010 12:59

I think I'll make a tomato and basil soup as our basil plant is blooming.
DH will like that as well, just have to not have it with cheese on toast

bellavita · 04/06/2010 13:02

I love basil, especially on a tomato and mozzarella salad.

Well the one slice of toast with beans on didn't last long!

So far today I have had -

yogga brekka with stawberries
2 satsumas
1 banana
2 coffees
1 tin of ww beans on 1 slice of unbuttered toast

and I am still hungry.
