Lost another pound this morning - yay! Slow progress, losing a pound a fortnight but am toning up too so it's all good. And slow off means (hopefully) slow to go back on!

Went to get DD up from her nap.

Not only has she had explosive diahorrea but she managed to get her nappy off.

I got home to the boys making mud, herbs, assorted leaves and shell soup with water and some compost in a big bucket.

I have spoken to DH about perhaps supervising them a tad more.

I have been for a run. It felt good, fabulous on the moors as always. So beautiful and tranquil.

BUT. My toenails are nearly dropping off again. Why? I am not doing much running. Look after my feet. Two are detached to the point where they join the toe. Bummer. Just in time for the flipping summer when I want to where flip flops and sandals...

Lizzy - I'm always the red puffy person in this weather...which I find particularly galling as I have mediterranean blood so feel I should be able to handle heat...but I just can't. I always look at those people who waft around look cool and perfectly dressed for the heat.

Mitts - the run sounds wonderful...the toes do not. How very odd. Are you shoes squishing them in a weird way that pressures them when you run?

I don't think so Hells.. I very rarely run at the moment and not enough I would have though to do that damage. Doc said last year it was partly due to chronic anaemia but my bloods are supposed to have stabilised. I might mention it as I have to go to docs again next week.

Where is Bella tonight? Has she gone out and I missed it.
