...best I can do as I am so sleep deprived...

I am Mitts and myself and this bunch of reprobates are trying to eat more healthily, drink MORE WATER (ladeees!).. exercise a bit.. losing weight is the goal of some of us, others are just treating our bodies like the temples they deserve to be... om om ommmmm!

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 20/05/2010 16:03

I'm good thanks Mitts, amazing what an evening seeing good friends and some sunny, warm weather can do

My knee is pretty knackered too despite reconstruction. I would love to run outside but it is such rough terrain and very very hilly that i think it would be too much for it . I do have sorbothane insoles and think they make a difference

Lizzy - I don't mind plank stuff too much so think i will go to level 2. Jet - you will be chanting 'Abs like these don't come for free'. Or my personal favourite 'the neck ain't invited to this party'

Wasting, poor you having been ill for so long. Can you try steam/eucalyptus inhalation to clear everything out?

Oh cripes, DD2 yelling.....best go...

Lizzylou · 20/05/2010 16:07

Or "you don't get a body like this >>>>points to ridiculously over-muscly assistant>>>> for free"

Um, I don't want to look like that ta very muchly, DH would think he was in bed with a Shotputter.

DidEinsteinsMum · 20/05/2010 16:09

Lizzy, you made me splutter squash at the screen.

DidEinsteinsMum · 20/05/2010 16:11

I am not allowed to run at all, too much impact. Knee which had surgery still plays up a bit. But tis other knee that is the problem. Dont think the bruising it got really helped

IMO knees are tricky things.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 20/05/2010 16:15

at your scary shred stories, the woman is terrifying!

Had a lovely lunch with saf, it has been so warm and sunny.

I LOVE summer too Double, but my favourite temperature is over 30, so i am often disappointed living in England

G'wan, just tell the footballer

DEM, is DS still alive? Mine have been thrown out into the garden and are currently fighting over alpacas/swing/slide/wheelbarrow . WHat happened to the 'best friends' siblings i ordered

DidEinsteinsMum · 20/05/2010 16:30

just... he has calmed down and being mostly human. I have found the ignoring tactic works quite well.

I love the sun of the summer, but love the cold too. snow is my favourite weather, but only the dry snow not the wet slushy stuff. My brain is in an interesting place. that will teach me to read a thread with mal on mid day after having sex related dreams most of last night. Soooo glad i am NOT skating tonight

Lizzylou · 20/05/2010 16:35

DEM I think I may take up iceskating, it's sent you reet frisky! And you have a pert ass as well.

Tho me lumbering along like an elephant in stilletoes may not be graceful enough for a male audience

Double, tell us about your footballer! I do love footballers, nearly the World cup, squee!

DidEinsteinsMum · 20/05/2010 16:45

erm, and this is why it is a bad idea to take ds all the way down to his dads

see the problem i have with footballers is that they are al legs. Nothing nicer then a strong muscular torso and the ability to throw you about.

DidEinsteinsMum · 20/05/2010 17:08

NormaSknockers · 20/05/2010 17:14

Still nothing from Alice?

I really hope she's ok.

I got bored so made some lemon drizzly buns, best work out the points of these ones before I eat any!

bellavita · 20/05/2010 17:27

Mmmm buns Norma!

Have had fruit and fibre with skimmed milk for breakfast. 3.5pts meal that I made from ww recipe for lunch and I will be having the same for tea. Plenty of fruit in between.

Just waiting for Tesco man to deliver the shopping.

Wonder if Trills is enjoying her hols?

Lizzylou · 20/05/2010 17:31

Right, am going to FB Alice's DH.
We need to know she is OK, the only person who has met her and knows where she lives is Trills, who I bet is having a fab time soaking up the sun and being childfree and luscious in Egypt...

NormaSknockers · 20/05/2010 17:36

I do have rather lovely buns Bella

Good idea Lizzy, I tried desperately to see if I could find her mobile number but had no luck

Lizzylou · 20/05/2010 17:45

DidEinsteinsMum · 20/05/2010 17:53

lizzy you are truely fab.

Right now you have the serious under full control, and as much control as possible... why footballers over firemen etc. Could you explain as i dont understand the appeal.
