I am Mitts and myself and this bunch of reprobates are trying to eat more healthily, drink MORE WATER (ladeees!).. exercise a bit.. losing weight is the goal of some of us, others are just treating our bodies like the temples they deserve to be... om om ommmmm!

Hopefully I won't be posting on this thread at all, but look for me in 3 threads time when I have to lose loads of holiday weight.

I have just made some soothing tomato and celery soup. Will have with rice cake thingies.

Feel achey but so don't want to miss spinning, I won't get much chance for exercise this week due to the poxy one.

I am struggling to eat sensibly and can't get the motivation to run.

My friend is going to see if I can go and play badminton once a week with her and her DH's work. Fingers crossed it'll work out because I know I need to exercise and I am really struggling to work out how to atm!

I'm Yank, I'm down to 16st 7.4 (that's 1st 3.6lbs gone since i started shining). I have a nasty ear infection and can't hear out of one ear. DS has a chest infection and is wheezy.

XH is in hospital, have learned now it is just suspected meningitis, basically he's had a big bleed on the brain and a lot of swelling, he's got a drain in to relieve it, and they won't know if he is going to be ok until he wakes up Am trying not to intrude on his family so am just waiting for them to ring me when they need a ride back (they've left their car at mine and I drove them over to the hospital).
