For people who like to eat a lot of fruit and veg but also need to lose weight. We suggest 10 portions of fruit and veg a day, plus at least 10 mins of extra exercise. Weigh in day is Monday. No Atkins stuff or anything like that please , just healthy eating and exercising.

cadburys creme eggs are evil
i once ate 3 of my bosses creme eggs knowing i would pop to the shop and replace them later
BUT THERE WERE NO CREME EGGS IN THE SHOP and i had to confess to being a total greedy fucker and in fact a creme egg thief

cereal blueberries banana melon raisins = 4
fat sandwich of grated cheddar, coleslaw and pineapple = 1
banana ice cream = 1 oh alright then
vege sausages, potato salad, red cabbage, broccoli and sweetcorn = 3
chocolate

When I saw your last post on my threads-I'm-on list it looked like 4 ft sandwich!! (4 fat sandwich didn't have a space!)

Got my birthday day out tomorrow and trying to get through my birthday chocs in record time so I might skip weigh in on monday!!

cheese roll, quorn roll
a really hideous chai latte from a takeaway coffee place
i have never had a takeaway coffee before and i got quite excited about it
IT WAS VILE
i don't know what they had done with it but it was just dripping with sugar
i couldn't drink it so i don't know why i am listing it really, except to whinge
was then starving at tea time
big plate of pasta, pesto, cheese, broccoli, corn, green cabbage
chocolate
mini magnum
cheese on toast half an hour ago

not my best day i guess
i was tired and i am getting a cold

hello! had a wierd ting at pizza express where they chop the middle out of the pizza and fill it with salad (and charge you double the price of a pizza, obviously...)

ad the most divine mushrooms on toast with balasamic vinegar and cream.......

and a rather fab cake at my fave coffee shop which was ablueberry cake with blueberry filling and edible-glittery purple spangly blueberries on top. {droool]

I am almost down to 9.5 {wishes I had electronic scales to be sure}

And the boys bought me series 1 and 2 of flight of the conchords so we watched that ye=sterday as it was so wet and lolled a lot.

Is not rainy here today but very blustery ad not very inspiring. Just don't know what to do with ourselves really.

it's sunny here now but i am tiiiiired
ds2 not sleeping too well
we just had elaborate lunch of tiny sandwiches and then scones and cream and jam and lemon curd
i feel bloated replete

going for a run later
my wonky feet are hurting though, and my wisdom tooth is twinging a bit, and i have a bit of a sore throat, and i generally wanted to come on and have a slight whinge about not much in particular, in a dull way, is that ok?

my brother recently introduced me to flight of the conchords. Var funny, aren't they.

I have had an odd eating day due to working all day.

boiled egg and slice of buttered toast. Bliss.
O juice
4 plain pancakes.
3 pickled baby beets

Will be making roasted peppers for tea so that will up my veg intake. Will prob have strawberries too. I gotta do better than 2, for crying out loud.

two roasted peppers with tomatoes, anchovies, agrlic
three baguette slices
houmus and cucumber sticks
strawberries

that makes 7+ portions. Much better

chocolate but only a little bit as i ran out

though maybe it is a blip, I did have a late night stuff

guad i cannot work out what does and doesn't affect the scales
it was weird, i didn't lose anything for 2 weeks then a pound and a half dropped off while i was eating loads
hello anyway! did you get lots of work done?

anyway this week the grand total of half a pound woohoo
which brings me to 8 lb (and 12 including the 4 lb i lost before the thread started, so am pleased)

not so pleased i did not get a lie in
ds2 awake till 10.30 last night then woke up at 7.30 am, was removed by kind dp, then brought back again 10 mins later grrr
so i am up now

I got back on the scales as I couldn't believe it and actually I have lost a pound and have scrolled back to check and apparently I have now lost 10.5 so

Guad - one - total 10.5
Franny - half pound - total 8

ds got on after me saying now I need to check my feet mummy

Have done some work, yes thanks, but not all. Going to a history and falconry day at a farm. I hope the drizzle stops.

I weigh 10st 12 and I think my total last Tuesday was 10 13? SO that's a pound gone, making 10lb lost since the start.

I have just seen photos of me taken two weeks ago and I am pissed off because I look fat. I know that's stoopid but there you go. I had another picture in my head.

No holiday here so another day at t'mill.

weetabix and o juice
banana
small chicken stew with 3 new taters and peas
pickled baby beet (and teeny sliver of cheese while cooking)
one pitta, houmus, greek salad, one small chicken kebab
red pepper

cheese and pickle rolls, veggie sausages, apple cake (my god this was delicious, my friend baked it)
cheese bites (these were basically very expensive crisps )
curry with cauli, sweet potato, courgette, mushroom, raisins, carrots, coconut, almonds = 4
and bread and butter
chocolate, cheese oatcakes, apple = 1

2 lb Birthday week. Much food and wine. And I've lost 2lb.

I did go for a run before I went to the spa yesterday to make it feel more worth it [obsessed]

So total is now whatever it was the most it's been cause I am what I was before my hols. It's also the end of my chart. I now need to do another chart with another target. Maybe another 7lb before my hols in August. That's about 1lb per week. Then I'll just have to learn to maintain it.

Hope everyone had a lovely long weekend. I'm going to try and give the tinternet a miss this week and focus on ironing, sorting out stuff for a car boot sale, and sorting out the dc clothes that they've grown out of. So chase me away if you see me before next Monday!! I'm at my sister's for the weekend with my dad aswell!! Wooo hooo! (Would love to squeeze in a visit Guad but don't think it's gonna fit. Maybe next time?)

are you sure you need to lose another 7 lb? are you not getting very slim already now?
