This is our mumblemumbleth thread. We want to eat more healthily and/or lose weight.

In theory.

Mostly we like to chat and admire teh thread mascot - he helps us not to over-eat.

If that doesn't do it for you, you can always go old-school - I know I'm too scared to go into the dark spooky kitchen now

Mmm, car is squeaky clean.

Bagel, cream cheese, smoked salmon & cucumber for lunch. Plus a forkful or three of the tagliatelle carbonara I made for the children.

It's my weigh in tomorrow and I am rather nervous that I've put on again.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 25/04/2010 14:04

Hello all

just thought I'd say hello. Still doing garden stuff today so I'm in and out.

Roast chicken for dinner, skipped lunch and breakfast so feel I deserve a roast potato.

Saf, you sound so together - hope you survive the family do

hellsbelles · 25/04/2010 14:25

just dropping in - I wanted to see how Bella's hot date went! And I see it was success (judging by the hiccups!)

Feeling lazy, unmotivated, stupidly intolerant. So will keep my moaning self away (nothing wrong with me at all, just in a grump) and see you all t/m.

I was almost feeling up to a serious discussion but no-one wanted to reply. [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/politics/953143-Are-you-voting-for-Brown-Cameron-Clegg-OR Here]] if anyone's interested.

Linky.

Not that we don't have serious discussions here of course

Hope you manage to have an enjoyable family thing SAF.

yay essay finished Think i may heed your advice Bella and have a nap before the girls come back. Joining in with the xp problems that sadly seem so familiar on our thread, mine wasnt happy that he had to come and pick them up this morning as i wasnt up to getting the bus with them. He then actually asked for petrol money - i stood my ground and said no...

Vinny - that is at your xfil going to your dad! Good on your dad for setting him straight

Very very at all the car valeting, it is just the weather for having a nice drive out in the sunshine in a nice clean car, windows open and music loud - or is that just me
