lizzy - so you've gone for the fringe then, I hope to see a photo on fb

mycat - bloody typical re:kids and sleep

five - how do you sign up to LearnDirect? I ahem put on my application form for my job that I would undertake the ECDL but have done erm precisly nothing other than look at some practice tests

DeFluff · 22/04/2010 11:48

Vinny - then he's a twat. Well rid. Better find out now than down the line.

Pats fatcat on head while admiring lizzys hair

FiveGoMadInDorset · 22/04/2010 11:52

TC - go to Learndirect.co.uk and find a center near you. You will have to go in to sign up and for your tests but everything else I do at home.

Afternoon eveyone!

Just got back from a friend's for coffee and am off out in a bit for a pub lunch.

Will catch up and be back later - hope you are all ok

DeFluff · 22/04/2010 12:20

God, got to write a 3 page missive to my mil on why i hate her so much and why she's not allowed near the children.

m I wrong to be slightly upbeat at putting it all on paper and hitting 'send'?

Actually she's not my mil as we're not married. And writing to my real mil would be pointless as she's dead. Hardly environmentaly friendly writing to dead people is it??

Eating salad again for lunch but it's got this gross stuff in it. I'm an extra off Shameless when it comes to lettuce - Iceberg or it can piss off. In today's salad is this gross spiky stuff. Urgh. Feels like i'm eating hair. At least that's shown me i could never be a lesbian

TrillianAstra · 22/04/2010 12:44

Hello hello - red pepper and tomato soup for lunch here.

Congrats on the loose trousers Vinny and I look forward to seeing Lizzy's new hair

TerryWogansCock · 22/04/2010 12:55

jacket spud + cottage cheese for lunch

im now eating a bag of crisps, i have worked out that i have enough points left today to get mcdonalds chicken nugget and fries for tea

i love WW

wastingaway · 22/04/2010 13:02

Sazz, woops! I had to read it three times to see what was wrong!

Good escape Vin.

I've had toast and marmalade for breakfast, and just had a variety of salads and bits for lunch. Buffet is my favourite cuisine.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 22/04/2010 13:17

I am still here. Off out in a bit.

Lizzy, hair sounds fab, i was thinking of doing something similar.

Vinny - loose trousers - excellent

DF - I am with you. Salad should not taste hairy

My new scales arrived today. I am 4lb heavier than I thought

I may stick to the old scales to make me feel better.

Will shred later, those 4lb will be shredded.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 22/04/2010 13:21

Have fun Bitter.

Sazz, hope you have had success with Easyjet.

Breakfast was tomatoes on toast with some low fat cheese.

Lunch was a bagel, cream cheese and wafer thin ham with some cherry tomatoes.

Had a couple fo WW bars for snacks.

Supper is Creamy Chicken Cassrole and rice and I have 5 points left.

Hmm, hair not looking as good as hoped for now. Just done the shred thing and I am a sweaty beast

How long have you been on fruit only Shiney? I may do that tomorrow as a last ditch attempt to flatten the stomach before Saturday night...

I also read part of my new book this am 'how to talk to children so they listen' or somesuch. I was pleased to see that all of our techniques were listed as 'examples of what not to do' Way to make you feel good about yourself Do think its a good book though, although a little american.

By the time ive mastered the techniques dd will be 40.

Think I may do a fruit fast tomorrow then.
My stomach looks like it is getting bigger not smaller, though could be water retention.

Actually, DH is in London tonight so will have fruit for dinner as well.

Defluff, I don't think Shiney likes toilet talk

DeFluff · 22/04/2010 13:52

Aaahhhh, thought she was a bit crotchety. If she's not careful I'll mention the 'f' word

Shines - we've tried stern voice, we've also tried nice, tried bribery, tried punishment etc. Think we need to try consistency

Iggi999 · 22/04/2010 13:55

When will we get a [twat] sign for men who do not text our Vinny? Will make do with a
AIBU to leave DS in his bedroom even though I can hear he has woken from his nap? Think I know the answer to that one.
Today I have eaten: some chocolate buttons, 2 taxis, 2 bags of crips, some feta cheese and olives, 1 piece of bread, 2 cans of d.pepsi and 3 cups of coffee.
