OP posts:
DidEinsteinsMum · 03/04/2010 22:15

defineely going now. Although i think i have eaten too much chocolate and cheese. i have terrible tummy ache. And ds is far to heavy to lug about - my back is killing me. So not sure if we will make it out after all tomo. Oh well- we'll see.

YanknCock · 03/04/2010 22:26

I have spent the last two hours frantically searching for DS's UK passport.

Multiple rooms were torn apart.

You know where it was?

On the sofa, underneath a feeding cushion.

Who's the fucking idiot that left it there then???

Oh, that would be me

Will come back when I have calmed down, stopped hyperventilating, and no longer feel like I'm going to throw up.

SlinkyGoober · 03/04/2010 22:28

Bloody hell yank. Was your stomach in your mouth?

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 03/04/2010 22:28

Evening all - anyone about?

I have just skimmed the thread - loving the wench costume!

I actually do have a very normal, scandal free family, does that make me odd?

Iggy - have a fabulous day.

Have just found out that MIL's funeral is a week on Monday. I can't get any childcare sorted so I think DH will have to go on his own. I am a bit upset because,

That means there will only be 4 people at her funeral.

And I'm worried about DH. He has a history of depression, and he is (understandably) very down at the moment.

Hope you lovely ladies are all ok. Sorry to be on such a downer, just needed a bit of a vent.

NormaSknockers · 03/04/2010 22:30

Evening all,

Just checking in before bed, I succumbed to the buffet at the party I was however more restrained then I used to be so it's not all bad....is it? Will try & go swimming tomorrow!

There's a pic of the DCs Easter hoard on FB, it's almost unbelieveable how much they have

Night all, catch you tomorrow

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 03/04/2010 22:32

Night Norma. Night DEM.

TotalChaos · 03/04/2010 22:34

not quite made it to bed yet

bitter - sorry you have such stress about attending funeral. would it be absolutely impossible for you all to go, kids and

yank - it's a nightmare finding documents in a rush when you are all panicky. sympathies.

need to get to bed shortly as aiming to haul my ample arse up snowdon tomorrow (together with DH, a friend and my 6 year old DS). wibble. I have insisted we follow the path by the railway, so if things go pearshaped we can get the train up/down if needs be!

wastingaway · 03/04/2010 22:35

I've caught up just as everyone's buggering off to bed.

Everyone is lovely. Can I give you all a big hug and sloppy kisses?
I haven't even had any gin tonight.

So lovely to see you back Jet, missed you.

Iggi - weeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

My sis does Civil Ware reenactment, she's a Parliamentarian. Her regiment's battle cry is 'London and Liberty' which is fabulous.
She has a woman's outfit which is rather stunning with her enormous bosom, and a man's outfit for the fighting.

ILs are all train and Thomas mad, DS is getting into Thomas too. They really do have lots of ways to make us part with our money in the cause of Thomas.

I've got an eye infection. I'm an annoying hypochondriac who doesn't usually get ill, so feel completely useless when even slightly off colour. Waaaahhh!

hellsbelles · 03/04/2010 22:37

oh Yank!!! Thank goodness you found it!

at all these busty serving wenches...I rather fancy doing a Lady Chatterley and being corrupted.

Iggi - o.k...will wear hat or fascinator for sure as I MN on your big day and will remind the other cult members to do the same!

DIB - I did get my results but it was a rather rushed conversation with the specialist before he went off for his 6 week holiday . I have bulging and narrowing discs in my lower back. Bulging is relatively normal but narrowing is not at my age. However I am seeing this is a MASSIVE warning to get exercising so I don't collapse in a heap (admittedly this is after Lizzy et al had talked sense into me). I am getting his written report next week so hopefully I can get started on fixing my falling apart body and stop moaning about it.

Total and Jet - I used to wallow in the changes that my family has had (used to be very normal and now isn't) but those 'changes' pale into insignificance compared to what you deal with. You are amazing to cope with all that.

DEM I hope you get the rest you need.

I think everyone has gone to bed now...so night all

BitOfFun · 03/04/2010 22:37

Oh Bitter, I'm sorry- I hope it works out ok

On a lighter note- I called Shiney and she sounds shagged out perfectly happy, so that is all good

SlinkyGoober · 03/04/2010 22:37

Night all.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 03/04/2010 22:53

Night goobs.

DS is 4 and DD 15m so I don't think it would be practical for them to be there.

Bof - glad shiney has hada good shag day.

TrillianAstra · 03/04/2010 23:44

Just popping in to say hi, lovely to see Jet back.

Went for a lovely cycle ride this afternoon/evening (to a pub or two) then watched Bill Bailey on dvd. He is v funny and weird.

Hope rest of your easter break goes well Hells.

I don't have any easter eggs, just one creme egg, but there's still plenty of klemon cupcakes left so I will not be deprived of tasty things tomorrow.

Goobs I like the sound of your smmothie.

for Shiney - won't say any more as it's better to just nod and wink and make the man concerned paranoid that we're all talking abou him (which we are not of course).

JuJusDad · 03/04/2010 23:44
TrillianAstra · 03/04/2010 23:45

Oh and Iagree with whoever said that while we all go at BoF for her tits beauty there is much more than that to make you a beautiful person.

TrillianAstra · 03/04/2010 23:46

Hello JJD. See all the nodding and winking and grinning? We are on the girls side of the playground and we may or may not be talking about you...

iggi999 · 03/04/2010 23:52

Merci for all the nice good wishes.

BitOfFun · 03/04/2010 23:53

Oi Trills- I'm still here, you know...

BitOfFun · 03/04/2010 23:57

Seriously, have I been a twat and missed it? I'm worried now...

wastingaway · 04/04/2010 00:10

No BoF, you've been lovely.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 04/04/2010 00:19

wasting, should I be worried? Have you infected my already bolloxed eyes?

wastingaway · 04/04/2010 00:24

I hope it's not contagious. That would be grim.

ClaudiaSchiffer · 04/04/2010 00:46

Just been on an easter egg hunt with the dds. We found LOADS

Congratulations iggi - how very exciting. Any details of dress, venue etc etc? Or is it all secret?

MitsubishiWarrioress · 04/04/2010 09:06

at JuJu and shiney...morning!

Sorry about your DH'S situation adn that you might not get to the funeral Bitter....

And but over passport panic Yank..

Hells, I hope you manage to sort issues with your back. I am not supposed to go much over 11 st because of back issues (I did and paid the price, but it really helped losing it) and Kickboxing actually helps because they do so much exercise centred around strengthening the core muscles. I didn't think I would be able to stick at it but was thrilled and amazed at how much it has reduced my back and neck pain.

Where's that minx VT then? Is she i the lakes again?

I am going here in a minute. I shall cycle and then have cake and coffee. It is all up hill to get there and very bracing... It has that by the sea feel and is stunningly beautiful...[happy emoticon]

So good morning to all xx

bellavita · 04/04/2010 09:14

Morning.

Mitts, that looks lovely and to the coffee and cake too.

Trills, sounds like you had a lovely time.

Don't eat them all at once Claudia

The bloody grand prix is on here... >
