Welcom, welcome to the mumblemumble well, some large number thread for the healthy eating crew.

Shiney is our leader, but all creeds are welcome here, from the -50lbs club (whoop whoop!) to those who would like to lose 50lbs, to those who would fade awya if they lost 50lbs and just want to eat more healthily and/or chat about cock.

OP posts:
VinegarTits · 01/03/2010 12:42

i am eating crisps now

Its like a thirst, thats the only way i can describe it, maybe i am just addicted to salt

VinegarTits · 01/03/2010 12:43

Maybe alice, thats might also explain why i am fat

MyCatIsABastard · 01/03/2010 12:48

Mitts, wow, that is such a lot to deal with and you sound like you are doing a good job.

Vinny - oops . I do that kind of thing all the time. My best one was when I was on a bus to a ball and was talking v loudly about hairy women, then noticed a stray hair on this womans arm who was sat near to us, so said something like 'ha ha, hairy women, wouldn't want anyone to think you were one', tugged at it (it was over an inch long and on her arm) thinking it was just one that had fallen out of her hair or something... the fecking thing was attached!

She didn't smile, laugh or say a word. I was mortified, but tried to cover it by being bolshy!

In my defence I am pretty hairy and have to regularly defuzz everywhere so I was more joking about myself than anything!

MyCatIsABastard · 01/03/2010 12:50

Vinny, I found this on salt craving. Are you very tired or stressed? Might be that.

VinegarTits · 01/03/2010 12:51

mycat

i have verbal diorriah (sp?), i say the more twattish things without thinking first

VinegarTits · 01/03/2010 12:53

I am always stressed, but dont have fatigue, in fact i feel quite hyper, can feel my heart racing

hellsbelles · 01/03/2010 12:56

Norma - so sorry - I was convinced I read a post saying you'd lost a 1lb! Perhaps I'm catching the 'mystic shiney' bug and it is actually a FUTURE post you will be making. I predict you will lose 1lb in the next few days

Wobble - really sorry about no pregnancy this month. I'm sure I read somewhere that it takes between 6-12 months on average to get pregnant...but I know it feels frustrating when it takes time. But very impressed on your meditating. My mum used to do it and she was always a lot easier to live with when she was doing it regularly (calmer)...so I may well follow your lead and look into it as well.

DIB - Happy St. David's day.

Vinny you poor thing!

Alice - not fun. I hope you are managing not to get too worried.

Yank - we will yell at you to do point posting. I promise.

Mitts - that is good news on the AD mix up (well sort of - not good that you suffered but good that there is an explanation for how you've been feeling). I feel very humbled when you talk about what you go through with your DS. It puts into perspective the minor grumbles I have to deal with.

Right - better go do some work. Bummer that Shiney's chap could be married. I really hope he isn't as it did sound promising.

FiveGoMadInDorset · 01/03/2010 12:56

VT - love your son's room. You could have an electrolyte imbalance.

Mits' sorry about your DS and his father.

Bella your DH sounds lovely. We have an itrip for the ipod to listen in the car, not hugely expensive and does the job.

Shiney - hope your chat was good last night can't wait to hear all about it.

Yank fingers crossed that you hear something soon.

Alice fingers crossed for you aswell.

The sun is shining her, have been and done a couple of hours paperwork for my mother who is sunning herself in South Africa at the moment . Food wise had tomatoes on toast with a bit of cheese for breakfast and smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel for lunch and supper will be Squid and Tiger Prawns in chilli tomato sauce. (can you tell I have got a new cookery book)

MyCatIsABastard · 01/03/2010 12:57

Think I'd be asking the doctor if I were you (but then I am a bit of a one for going to the docs for anything and everything).

I think though that being hyper can be part of fatigue - your body goes into overdrive to cope kind of thing.

Re the hairy armed woman, I've decided (to make myself feel less of a tit) that it was her own fault for not removing it herself. She had a strapless dress on FGS, you'd have a good check for that kind of thing wouldn't you (I know I would, certainly after that incident, anyway ).

VinegarTits · 01/03/2010 13:03

maybe she was growing it for some reason, a world record for the longest single body hair

i have a hair that grows out the the back of my left thigh, i pluck it when it gets long enough to plunk, other than that i am not really hairy for a trucker

VinegarTits · 01/03/2010 13:04

thanks Fanny

NormaSknockers · 01/03/2010 13:04

Mystic Hells

Vinny at your fopar fauxpar error about slagging of Preston! Your DS1s room looks fab, love the colours.

Mitts what a lot you're juggling

Alice hope it turns out to be nothing, the sonographer would have picked it up if it was something to be concerned about wouldn't they?

My new toy Food Processor turned up today, I'm very excited! Going to make carrot cake this afternoon!

VinegarTits · 01/03/2010 13:19

mmm carrot cake

FiveGoMadInDorset · 01/03/2010 13:21

Oh I love carrot cake with a cream cheese icing, yum.

Think I might take DC's to the beach after nursery.

Goober · 01/03/2010 13:28

hello ladies.
Am defrosting the freezer so am only on here while I force down some lunch.

Did I mention that I'd lost a stone?

Stop mentioning carrot cake, this is hard enough already and carrot cake is my favorite ever cake.

VinegarTits · 01/03/2010 13:31

a stome is fab Goobs, well done you!

MitsubishiWarrioress · 01/03/2010 13:32

Thanks for the lovely comments.... it really is so much better now. And DS had made massive progress.

I've just had carrot cake..... Mmmmmmmm...

I love the thought of you as Hairy Arsed Trucker VT .... It definitely sounds like something is out of balance... get thee to the docs woman...

I read 'sonographer' as 'snoggrapher' , that would be one hell of a job!

I actually have 2 'bristles' on my chin....which I get strangely fascinated by, but I suppose is a sign of impending grannydom....Oh I am gonna be one baddass Grandma .

NormaSknockers · 01/03/2010 13:32

I have low fat cream cheese at the ready for the icing

Oooo well done Goober that's fabby!

Goober · 01/03/2010 13:35

Thanks.
