OK folks you know the drill, and if you dont pay attention:

We are a bunch of lovely ladies all shapes and size, here for chat, and moral support.

Some of it is healthy eating chat. WW, LL, food focus, south beach. Whatever ever the route, whatever the goal its all here.

Most of the time its just moral support and general chat... So dive in, post as much as you are able and have some fun...

i missed it shiney - can you do a link?

DreamsInBinary · 19/02/2010 21:12

My childbirth story (I know we have passed this - but I love a childbirth story)

DS - medium labour, epidural, episiotmy, ventouse, 3rd degree tear, hours in surgery, healed brillianty, didn't wear maternity clothes once after birth

DD - v short labour, G&A, 2nd degree tear, ham-fisted MW stithced me up, and still fat

YanknCock · 19/02/2010 21:12

Norma, it's over now! Have moved on to Embarrassing Bodies, unless anyone knows of something better to watch on Freeview?

Speaking of, we're thinking of going to Virgin Media, primarily for the cable broadband. Have discovered we only can get speed of up to 1.5MB on our line, so switching ADSL providers won't help. Trouble is, Virgin tries to make you bundle everything in with the phone line from them, which I don't want. However...I wouldn't be opposed to having Virgin TV and getting the catch up TV stuff through the box.

DreamsInBinary · 19/02/2010 21:14

Oooh, Embarassing Bodies. Love it. Thanks for reminder, Yank

How are you feeling now?

NormaSknockers · 19/02/2010 21:19

I do remember it Shiney, but only vaguely. How did you know she was a troll?

BitOfFun · 19/02/2010 21:20

Ooh, give us the full story if you can about dizzymare, Shiney

YanknCock · 19/02/2010 21:21

Am feeling better, thanks DIB. Was hoping to be back to running around like a loon today, but woke up feeling crap. Oh well, perhaps tomorrow.

Re: Embarrassing Bodies, nothing I like more than a good anal fissure...

Oh my god, he's got a giant inflatable minge!!

BitOfFun · 19/02/2010 21:22

There were so many clues, Norma, so many. Chiefly tone and posting style. But there was also the Mystery Of The Double Buggy Cock-Up...

YanknCock · 19/02/2010 21:22

oh yes, do tell us the troll story, I miss so much, only recently started going back on other threads besides this one, and I still miss a lot.

DidEinsteinsMum · 19/02/2010 21:23

it is a shame about dizzymare as she did a lot of damage but not that surprised.
No you are not the only one not watching eastenders live, i am listening to Kutski on i-player. and dealing with a ds you is up and down. bless him.

Come on - who killed archie?

Fleecy · 19/02/2010 21:25

Don't even know who Archie is, let alone Bradley, but do know MIL will have watched it.

Had 2 natural births, first at home, second in hospital as had group b strep.

Having had one of each, I'd go into hospital if I had any more and I'd have an epidural. Did not enjoy the home birth as much as the pain relief Especially since DS was 10lb2 so would be terrified in case next one was bigger...

Fleecy · 19/02/2010 21:29

Gah - popped out while previewing post and have missed loads!

I remember dizzymare and the troll fiasco - lurked but never posted. There were several mistakes weren't there? Not just the buggy but scan timings?

NormaSknockers · 19/02/2010 21:29

What was the double buggy thingy BOF?

wastingaway · 19/02/2010 21:30

Evening.

I actually watched EastEnders.
It was Stacey. Not watched it for years and years, so didn't have much of a clue what was going on, but it was on.

I think all the dizzymare trollery hit the fan while I was without internet due to house move and I missed it.

BitOfFun · 19/02/2010 21:37

Her very first post offered advice about a double buggy, naming the type she had. Later she dramatically found out she was pg to her ex. Then it was twins (note the building drama), then her brother bought her a double buggy because she was dickensianly poor, but she thought she would need a triple....

But she already had one? For only one child?

Lizzylou · 19/02/2010 21:42

I was sooo sucked in by Dizzymare, but I am a more cynical beeatch since joining this thread

Have just been on the phone to my Mom (she has a date on Sunday with one of her Match.com men, she really likes him, it's the 4th date, at his house.....) she just said (and I know she has been out with her friend tonight and had wine) that I was the most wonderful daughter anyone could wish for. Am a bit teary now
Shiney, stop chuckng up at my schmalt and dish

NormaSknockers · 19/02/2010 21:42

Erm.....well I've had a fair few pushchairs in my time & usually have more then 1 at a time but never a double pushchair for one baby....

Just found her OMG I'm pregnant thread just having a read through, already it seems a little off!

Lizzylou · 19/02/2010 21:42

That'd be schmaltz

NormaSknockers · 19/02/2010 21:47

I only vaguely remember bits of it Lizzy but never suspected her of being a troll but looking back now I guess I can see it

doubleinstructions · 19/02/2010 21:47

Hi all,Eastenders passed me by.
Am watching Footloose on film4,Kevin Bacon looks about 13!!
Some Pilates earlier but really wasn't trying

Awwww Lizzy that's lovely....

I took the photo that my mom used on eharmony about 5 years ago, can remember telling her 'no, not straight on, and tilt your head like this to avoid the double chin!' Musta worked because she's been remarried for 4 years

Lizzylou · 19/02/2010 21:51

I knew you were Redlights though, Shiney. So I am not that dumb. I had just joined the thread then I think.

I always get taken in by stuff though, DH complains about it a lot.

You did a good thing.
