Mll-In response-are you free to visit either Tuesday or Thursday??If not this week,next week? The furore over my broken knee has died down now even though its bloody killing me so I could do with intelligent company to wile a few hours away with-let me know if you are a veggie or not so I don't serve wild boar or something hideous for lunch!
I've been eating loads of Brie and Cranberry sauce baguettes lately which probably explains why I have put on half a stone since going to Turkey-I am the size of a small bungalow now and am blaming it on my underactive thyroid which I was recently diagnosed with,quite conveniently although I don't think anyone believes me!!

Got through a milestone- was pissed yesterday but didn't smoke! V pleased.

You new lot are doing great! I think all of us longer quitters will tell you that our alcohol consumption increased a tad-alright,a big tad,after stopping.Stupid really, as you tend to associate the two but I know I felt like I had to have some form of naughty enjoyment!
Mll-week after will be fine-come after lunch or else you would have to leave really early in the am to get here before.I can therefore promise afternoon tea and cakes instead!
I can imagine a little how you must be feeling-I would feel the same if I didn't have either of my boys around.My oldest will start school full time next September-that will be very weird too but I know that my life will get easier then I think.

I'm ashamed to admit that on average I am a bottle of wine a night kind of a girl!!!!
Is that excessive??I also very rarely have a night off!

I have always loved red wine since I was a single girl with my own flat at 26!I used to regularly go to this fantastic wine shop-in fact you might know it Mll-half way down Borough Road-just before the tube station-there is a road off to the left on the same side with a great off licence.Fanatastic range of wines that I couldnt resist on my walk down to London Bridge.
Been hooked ever since!

GOD! Had a sneaky drag on a fag today!
Went out around 3 when dh got in from working all week-went to a multicultural festival which is held twice a year on the common just up the road from where I live-had a fantastic afternoon-listening to a bit of Bangra coupled with some Irish Diddly and then some Turkish Belly dancing music and then some school kids dancing to P Diddy-absolutely wonderful day ,only we met a couple we have'nt seen for a while who smoke and so dh decided to get bladdered,(I had my fair share), and then when it was over decided to get really nasty and call me a slapper because I was dancing on the common even though I have a bad knee-he was really nasty in front of my two boys and I ended up hobbling up the the road with them both because they didn't like Daddy shouting and wanted to go home with Mummy! They have both fallen asleep with me on the sofa -he came in about half an hour later ready for an argument-I just told him to go upstairs as I didn't want the boys to hear anymore of his bad language towards Mummy-he's now crashed out and I have got the Boys to bed but I really despise him for kicking off for no reason.Anyway,had two drags of my mates fag and felt sick, so stopped.
Am VVVVV PPP OOOFF with my arsehole of a husband and wish I was married to anyone else right now!!
