my confession of a diet avoider are really not reading good today. i had 2 nugget happy meals at lunch with an apple pie, plus has just polished off the packet of bicuits (large one) that i started last night. Havent eaten tea yet and need to go do that its going to bad whatever i do so will enjoy. thinking about south beaching this week as only feeding me. May or may not will see when i wake up tomo...
