Please stop talking about food i am starving but water makes me feel sick. I don't mind being poorly when it is justifiable to eat packs of biscuits to make you feel better but this is the worst.

Re junior and the art gallery - she wont be going anywhere if we dont get our pack from education otherwise soon, as she wont set foot outside the house during school hours without some kind of pass card She is a stickler for rules (ASP) and wont even watch a copy dvd!!

I am trying to get her to go and just enjoy - without doing reams of written work. She does like arts and crafts though, so may give her a box of tricks and tell her to maake a sculture

I have fed the DCs.

I am in - pizza and left-over fruit shoots from my mum's picnic yesterday.

They have actually helped me tidy the living room, which is essential as I will probably sspend all evening crying if I have to sit in it on my own surrounded by children's toys and shit (obviously not actual shit, that really would be, well, shit!)

Off to bath them now, with the bath bombs they made earlier. I persuaded them to put lavender in so hopefully it'll make them go fast asleep very quickly.

Jet, how about taking a sketchbook and pencil along?

Me and DS have just had pasta bolognaise with loads of veg in. It was lovely. DH will be having fish fingers in a bit.

I just needed to post that to re-orientate myself.

Felling a little better today, but rather tired. My No-S diet is on an S day as a result.

Trills, this particular snack mix is called Gardetto's Snak-Ens and has mini bread sticks, mini sesame sticks, rye chips, and pretzels, and a great whopping load of salt and seasoning. I've had so much salt, my tongue is sticking to the roof of my mouth. I have a headache, and I think it's due to dehydration as this stuff has soaked up all the water in my body.

Going off now to make a nice healthy spinach, lentil and chickpea curry and then hopefully join you all for the evening.

DH is safely to his gig and I've racked up serious points for the 'Best Wife Ever' award. He's expecting a favour to be called in already.
