I ironed my top today, because it looked like it needed it. That is my only criteria - if it's 'getawaywithable' then I don't iron it...that's most of my stuff thankfully

hello all - just back from hairdressers and looking relatively shiny for once.

I just wrote a long post , lost itand have now forgotten all the bits! But I know good luck is in order for Alice, TDWP- how exciting - I love a bit of romance. DH does a bit of dj'ing (not the wedding type!) does that make him count as a musician

dh is getting increasingly anxious re the money and has already been making noise about me going back to very crappy IT job where my boss hates me and badgered me relentlessly when i was off sick due to the rotten pregnancy. am not due back till june, but no smp after this month and we are sunk without it.

You knoew you were vastly overqualified, and that is more of an impediment than it hsould be. Rightly or wrongly, if you are far better than you need to be they will assume that you are liable to bugger off at the first sign of a better job, even if you might want a less brain-intensive job.

It's kinda good you've got that in June though, iyswim. Gives you a bit of space to look for the right job. Which will come.

So DS was sick after lunch and has just done 2nd nasty nappy, I feel sick and still have loads of cleaning to do.
He's sort of jogging up and down the living room, with a big chain from his treasure basket on as a necklace.

OMeffingG - I have just eaten in about 3 seconds flat a fabulous Count on Us chocolate mouse thing from M&S. It was bloody delicious - I was so intent on getting down my gob that I haven't even taken my boots or jacket off yet

TDWP - he is gorgeous.

I have had the morning from hell at work. Not too busy, but it was photo day and you would think it was a bloody zoo I worked in. The hall is just across from my desk and the racket that the kids made lining up waiting to go in. One Yr7 boy was arsing about and at one bit I had to block the door down to the corridor so he could not go through. He swore at me so that will be automatic seclusion for him - couldn't get hold of his parents to come and take him off school property - rang mum's work to be told she did not work there anymore and the mobile didn't work either...

I think so. He was sick in the night Tuesday, grumpy since then, and now this today. DN was sick Saturday night, so likely we picked it up on Sunday.
Could be food poisoning of course though.
