I think this is our 39th thread and we are still going strong. Our leader Shiney is well what can I say.. just bloody fab.

We do like a lot of cock and cake chat with lots of healthy stuff thrown in too.

thank you ladies but honestly, i look like a bus! why on earth i wore red i will never know.

and my skin! in my defense i had to use a home made facial scrub first which they didnt include so my face was a bit red and blotchy by the time we did eyelash curlers.

Been quite healthy today,

Breakfast: Honey&Nut shredded wheats
Lunch: Ham sandwhich on brown bread and half a bag of plain crisps, cup of tea.
Snack: Half a pineapple
Dinner: Spinach and ricotta tortelli with tomato and marscapone sauce and cheese on top. Petit Filous yoghurt.

Lots of fizzy water.

Oh blardy hell, DH has been to a meeting at the hospital with his cronies nurses and what have you and he has won a box of chocs in the raffle and just given them to me. I have passed them on to the boys.

Done pretty well on food focus today and still have 62 cals left, and that includes the wine I am about to have.

traceybath - I really liked the dress you linked too but it was just a bit too much for me. I've just ordered the one vesela said but only because DH was sat next to me and it was the cheaper one. Also I looked at duo and ordered a lush pair of boots these ones, in fact to go with the dress. I think I might have to order the phase 8 dress as well though.

Off to look at MNTV now to see how lovley mamazon is.

Cat - The phase 8 dress was gorgeous. The talamores are lovely - have tried them on myself and they looked very nice.

I knew the Viv dress was too much but its so nice i want someone to buy it .

Lordy - what is going on with the mn xmas appeal? I said ages ago I'd donate and never heard anything because NSF got a bit inundated etc etc but then today its on again and now off again? Am confused.

I think an MNer has waded in to complete it, very kindly IMO, but without thinking through the implications re confidentiality, and without sorting it with Norma first, so MNHQ have kyboshed it for now. It's a diplomatic minefield, but now the MNer is upset and thinks she can't be trusted
