Swimming is good, keeps them good and toned.

Yep, I need to start swimming again. I saw the osteopath about my continuing hip/crotch pain today (had SPD during pregnancy). She crunched stuff around and stretched things out, but confirmed it when I said 'It would be a lot better if I lost weight, wouldn't it'.

So please, ladies, yell at me about going swimming! Will start pilates again in January, but I need to do more than that.

Not a huge amount of snowfall overnight, but our road is covered and it is snowing now... if my school is gonna be closed, then I will get a txt around 7.00am, but I need to get a shower now and wash my hair just in case it isn't as I need to leave at 7.30am. The boys are soooo hoping for a snow day.

I am sick of the overeating already and cannot wait for christmas to end!

After my 3 week plateau, 4lbs off .

Not too bad at my works do last night (small portions and once i had evicted the goats cheese from my plate i was left with two tiny pieces of cheese for dessert

Busy day today, going to buy the meat and booze for Christmas and some other bits and bobs....there's a little bit of snow, a couple of cm, nothing to get too excited about but apparently Sunday is the day for major snow fluffiness here so can't wait

Dammit, need to go to work. Loads of snow (by Southern UK standards) but I just don't work far enough away.

Saga of the fucking washing machine goes on and on so I won't bore you with it (I have hands like a washer women and the whole house smells of sewers). But I did have a sparkly glamourous night last night.

Went to super posh michelin starred restaurant....ate lots of delicious foods (7 courses ). Tottered about in my heels (for about 5 mins then gave up and put on some flats).

Laughed as my friend was forced to wear some old geezers jacket with big gold buttons for the whole meal (as we forgot to tell him that diners must bring jackets so he had to borrow one?!)

Generally caused mischief and mayhem in said restaurant but had to leave relatively early like Cinderella because of DC's babysitter....DH rolled in a 3am. V. jealous as I too would have liked to get totally drunk and danced in bars till the early morning. There's always next year though.

Just got us all ready to go and play in the snow, only to discover DS2's wellies had been left by the front door and are full of snow. Just defrosting them now.
Boys are like caged tigers, need to get em outside and burn off some energy.

We have loads of snow. Have just bought DD a sledge which i dragged her round town on - lots of fun and we are going sledging this afternoon. Starting to feel a bit christmassy now
