...for our 31st Heathy Eating thread- I can't promise that we aren't re-cycling titles for the thread at this point, and like any sequel it will no doubt be full of inferior lines and piss-poor cinematography (after all, who can beat the links to Terry Wogan? Oops), but we are all here and welcome any newcomers who want to join in the frenzy and hilarity that are the Shiney threads, named for our glorious leader

We chat, support, and shout at each other in varying amounts, and try to stay on the straight and narrow for health, weight-loss or both. Join in, and have fun- it's cheaper than weightwatchers, and there are rude jokes and bargain shopping codes too- what more could you ask for?

If it makes you feel any better BOF at 2am I had my head down the loo after seriously overdoing it on the red wine. I think I drank almost two bottles. Never again!

Am only just starting to feel human again.

I am definitely feeling worse for wear...glad it wasn't red wine though- that's a killer for hangovers.

Been busy this weekend, went out for dinner with the ILs last night. It was posh so the portions were teeny which is always good for the healthiness.

Today, done another Debenhams online shop so have got most of Christmas sorted out.

I have had a very large chicken dinner and am totally full.
I am soon to do my christmas shopping online.

Am having Chinese tonight, either chicken curry or kung po, not decided yet.

Aw, the night out sounded like really good fun, would have loved to have had the balls and money to go went. Must be really strange (in a nice way) putting proper faces to the names on here.

I haven't had a take away for ages. Pizza is my take away of choice.

DP is cooking us chicken fajitas- I'm starving now. Hangovers do that to me.

When is the second secret santa stuff due to be sent out? missed the first round and not quite sorted with mine yet. Tis almost ready to go....

Feeling smug all christmas shopping now done (except ds' to ex) and most of the christmas cards too. Which is a nice feeling. Just need to get the parcel for friend abroad done and that needs an errand out before it can go. Will send everything at the weekend if possible (ss included if not late/allowed by deadline.
