...for our 31st Heathy Eating thread- I can't promise that we aren't re-cycling titles for the thread at this point, and like any sequel it will no doubt be full of inferior lines and piss-poor cinematography (after all, who can beat the links to Terry Wogan? Oops), but we are all here and welcome any newcomers who want to join in the frenzy and hilarity that are the Shiney threads, named for our glorious leader

We chat, support, and shout at each other in varying amounts, and try to stay on the straight and narrow for health, weight-loss or both. Join in, and have fun- it's cheaper than weightwatchers, and there are rude jokes and bargain shopping codes too- what more could you ask for?

Am at work, with my massive coldsore lighting up my face like a bright red supersized cornflake, am feeling so darn attractive today . DS2 was a little bugger all day yesterday and then woke us all at 5am, wouldn't go back to sleep and was a pain in the ass. I am glad I am at work and DH has him!

DH is doing the lights and putting the tree up, we will "dress" (that's what Kirsty would call it)it together when I get hoome.

Nah its just a running joke as shiney threads have been going ages now. It will be a competition to see who can actually kill it if the shiney cult fizzles out.

Sitting in uncharacteristically tidy room waiting for DP's parents to arrive. Whoop-de-do. Weigh in today and lost another pound, so that's something I suppose. But SOO hungry. Hope everyone has a decent day.
