oh to be 25 with lovely shiny purple hair! Very nice trills (and the natural colour is beautiful as well)

Did well yesterday, so back on track with my eating.

I have some steak and some v low fat creme fraiche, have visions of making some yummy low cal stroganoff for dinner, any ideas???

Cleaning is good exercise y'know! A very healthy way to spend the day (unless you inhale too much Mr Muscle!)

Now, do you think anyone at work will notice my hair? One guy (who is not even gay) once complimented me on having eyeshadow that matched my top.

Last portion of leek and potato soup is packed for luncg. I have bread but not butter, I can just dunk it in the soup.

My search for hair dye yesterday was actually a decent walk as I had to traipse round a bit checking that no other shops had a better one

Feeling very miserable today - I couldn't do up my jeans and I think I've actually PUT ON weight!? This is it now...I can't keep using breast feeding as an excuse not to diet (I'm only doing one breast feed a day now). I wouldn't be this undisciplined at work - so why the feck is it o.k. to be like this about my body??

So please don't laugh at me when I cheat....please say 'get a grip Hells - think of your big wobbly belly'.

I have to be less lazy. I want to be proper gorgeous and choosing clothes to wear because they are lovely NOT because they cover up my tummy/bum.

Boring rant over...just wanted to offload.

I've techincally lost but not really. I manage to pile on a few pounds last week right at the end so have worked really hard this week & lost what I put on so although I've lost this week I haven't technically lost IYKWIM?

I'm going to aim to get to 13st 10/13st 9 this week & I will do it!
