I may be getting distracted by my over-cryptic thread title (it is hard when all the obvious ones have been done- fwiw The Shining Path are a South American guerrilla group and I'm looking at watching Che on dvd later, what can I say...), but I have been appointed Tsar With Authority for Titles, and starting this on a Friday night may be ill-judged, BUT...

We are here with the aim of eating healthily, losing weight in varying amounts if that is what we wish, and most of all posting as often as we're able to support each other. We have a good laugh too. Allegedly. But we're no trouble, no siree...

Shiney has been illing. Bella has been doing silly things on her bad knee. Syc is off having issues with childcare. Um... Yeah, and other stuff.

Have been out shopping this morning - wait for it.... for new pillows really boring. Have just made my friend a cherry and almond tart because she looked after DS2 yesterday whilst I was at the hairdressers. The boys are driving me mad today... DS1 does not quite grasp the fact that homework has to be done and if he did it when he got it life would be a lot easier.

What have you got in the house slime to eat? Anything really tasty?

Squeezy - tight, sore and achey. But I now have an exercise ball to enable me to do the physio exercises. I think I just have to resign myself to the fact that it is not an instant recovery.

why do people complain though.. surely there are other things that they must need to worry about that are more serious than you name changing surely.
