I may be getting distracted by my over-cryptic thread title (it is hard when all the obvious ones have been done- fwiw The Shining Path are a South American guerrilla group and I'm looking at watching Che on dvd later, what can I say...), but I have been appointed Tsar With Authority for Titles, and starting this on a Friday night may be ill-judged, BUT...

We are here with the aim of eating healthily, losing weight in varying amounts if that is what we wish, and most of all posting as often as we're able to support each other. We have a good laugh too. Allegedly. But we're no trouble, no siree...

I got asked to go help one of the techies, and I looked a bit like how can I help the computer wizards? Apparently they are good at code, less good at making graphs.

oh I pondered and sweated the new name for weeks before the final draft felt worthy not really, it took about 3 minutes tops

DH loves running in the rain too, says it keeps him cool.

I love running in the rain DP, it is so levelling and always makes me laugh.

I haven't run in the rain yet but guess it would stop me getting so sweaty

One of my horses is a little under the weather, so i am stuck between wanting to go to see him earlier and not wanting to go too early because i have hay being delivered at 6 and don't want to be hanging around with DD

Poor Shiney, fingers crossed it is bacterial and therefore will get fixed by the drugs.

Don't forget to feed DS (and get DD to help make something nutritious for them both)! Lovely to have a bigger one who can go and collect drugs for you etc.
