Been good foodwise, spent time with my DC without turning into a banshee and actually enjoyed it, and have done some work. DH sent me to the shop to get him a biscuit boost and I got myself a Flyte bar, which is only 97cals, so fairly virtuous me thinks (better than a galaxy, I checked).

TMW, very impressed with your exercise. DH is playing cricket tomorrow and as it is supposed to be nice I am going to take the boys on a moorland nature ramble. Yes, I can be fun Mom, not just shouty/stressed/cleaning the bogs/making the tea Mom whilst Dad does all the fun stuff.

We may just play in the garden though
