Erm......Hi

Welcome to the Shiney weight loss thread. Some of us are trying to lose a little and some of us are trying to lose a lot. Either way, join in the fun! It is a VERY fast moving thread!

Shiney is the boss around here and makes sure everyone is feeling welcome, thread number 18 sure says a lot!

All welcome, its not just diet talk either, mucho chatting and gossip too

ABW - I hope that you are better this morning, that was scary last night.

well breakfast is cooked, guests have paid, cows are back in where they are meant to be, DD is running around naked weraing a woolly hat, DH is cleaning rooms, DS is asleep and the sun is shining.

She is back to being feeble- still asleep upstairs on the floor , but she's had a drink. Her dad is due to collect her at twelve- I may have to let him in and get him to carry her downstairs and into the car. I'm not going to force her to get up and dressed if she doesn't want to.

New name, same breakfast - a banana [WINK]

My thoughts were right last night. I stayed up and got quite a lot of posts deleted. Am ignoring and hopefully it will blow over, I just want peace and quiet in my life.

Anyway ABW , glad u woke up feeling a bit better in the night. The alcohol isn't beneficial for you but maybe we can try and help to find a different way to cope, it's what we're here for huh? Am just really glad you came back on as we were so worried about you. Keep your chin up lady!

V busy in work today, it is sunny fgs, go and have a BBQ, play with your Kids, and stop harrassing me!!!

Sazzles, I found that swimming didn't help my bingo wings. Have you tried those tricep dips? Where you sort of crouch down with your hands on the sofa? davina does them in one of her DVD's, have a google for tricep dips....sorry limited internet at work (but can still MN! Bonkers)

It's supposed to be nice all week so about 15 people who have been in the Estate Agents this morning have told me.

I had a stalker when I was at Uni, he used to hang around our student house and we had to call the police. He is now a solicitor and contacts me every few years pretending to be needing a new job.

I think that your FB pal could well be your Stalker Shiney.
