I resisted apple doughnuts in ASDA today.

ABW - There's no way round it but to ask him directly.

If you can't do it face to face or on the phone, then you must email him.

But I HIGHLY advise talking because otherwise you will be sat by your mobile or computer waiting in agony for his reply, and wondering if your email/text failed etc etc.

Right, i wander back in here on the serious mission to wave at alice as say I did 4x30mins (minimumu) exercise this week. two lots today.

The trouble is, when I did WW I used to think I would make it all up with exercise points. I am thinking healthy eating, and it's worked for the past 2 days, because I know it doesn't include doughnuts.

Those donuts smell delicious.....there's a guy sells candy floss every day in our local town and the smell is similar and wafts up the main street, it's mesmerising.

Ok so hears one for you with adventurous kids. How do you deal with watching them go head over handles bars in a how the hell didnt he break his neck mannor. He is ok but its an image i'd like out of my brain. Plus he was only supposed to be practising riding without stabilisers. Bloody kid picked a large hill, got wheel stuck in mud and went over the top. He is going to be doing stupid things like this in future i feel. boys!

Oh DEM I don't have any kids but I did that when I was young on my Grifter at about 5mph 100mph, skinned every bit of bare skin and that was lesson enough. Can still remember the fright I got, as well as the pain, ouch! After that I got a Chopper and it was impossible to go over the handlebars on that.
