goals? weight wise? don't need to lose too much but need to keep off what i've lost rather than yo yo up and down between this and 9 pounds more and would like to lose a few more pounds and get fat percentage down and muscle up

i should be in bed. i spend much of day at the moment thinking god i'm so tired i need to sleep but when son goes to bed i find i need time to myself more than i need sleep - make sense?
