I think this is thread 10. We are an unruly bunch of MNetters trying to shed a lot a little or just some pounds through a variety of methods. Others just trying to eat healthily.

last couple of days it has been 2 ltrs per day. but have cut down portion sizes and cut out sugar (mostly). Know drinking so much caffine is bad but am struggling with ds' not sleeping. Particularly as have assignments to do and he is here all the time having finished playschool and being unable to visit his dad for few days as perviously arranged. Hence also night owl status

I have to head home now, by the time i get back here this thread will have run out so i will have to search for you, so make the new title easy for a dumbass like me to find you

Don't know what to have for dinner, so far have had the exact same thing as yesterday for all my meals, was going to have the same dinner as well (Quorn meatballs), but DH moaned about how much I stank of garlic this morning
