not surehow I actually did it, but I hope think i've name changed. I'm off to first AA meeting tomorrow. A few days of sobriety last week made me face up to the fact that I've been drunk now for at least a year. I've already booked a taxi, any other words of wisdom?

Needy bump! Mainly to reassure those struggling that there is an answer. Sobriety is joyful- there’s nothing better than showing up, being completely present and having a clear mind.

This came up on my Threads I’m on. Well done for another year!

I was in Mexico for my anniversary, saw THE match. I’ve started a new job this year, still got parents, still not menopausal. Got rheumatoid arthritis, responding well to the drug that everyone tries to get off because you can’t drink in it and still very proud and grateful to AA.

Happy anniversary Etinox 💐 Glad to read your news and congratulations on the new job. What a game to get to see! And glad that you’ve gotten your RA under control.

Keep being the amazing person you are and thank you for sharing your journey
