good

psychomum5 · 26/02/2009 18:48

just coming in to say that I didnt go anywhere, but I have spoken to someone. they think that the internal just aggravated things, and to continue as my doc said this morning for now and then go to the docs again in the morning to be re-seen if the pain doesn;t subside over night.

part of me feels ok with that, and if I do get worse DH wonat hesitate in takin me in to A&E. right now the thouht of hanging around for ages is not a happy thought. it has eased since DH got home tho, so am wondering if some was panic!

I do promise tho to et properly checked by a RL person tho if I find I cannot cope.

right, am off to bed with tabs in the hope that sleep comes. thanks all..xx

Hope you get some sleep and are feelign better by morning xxx

Jacksmama · 26/02/2009 21:45

Hope you feel better tomorrow psycho!
Sleep well!

OH, BTW, can I just ask what happened with LoW and the ringing the police thread because people were worried? I was trying to follow it but because of the time difference, MN had already deleted the thread when I got up next day and I couldn't find any reference to it. Did it everything work out ok? It seemed very sweet of people to be so worried. I thought it was kind. Wouldn't mind knowing someone was that concerned about me.

bellavita · 26/02/2009 21:50

Hope you are feeling better soon pyscho.

blinks · 26/02/2009 23:24

Tiggiwinkle · 27/02/2009 07:18

BennyAndJoon · 27/02/2009 07:31

How's it going?

psychomum5 · 27/02/2009 08:20

not feeling good. am off to docs!!

pain is settled on my left side, about where I would say my fallopian tube is. pain is not conastant, but when it is there I am having to breathe thru the pain, so something is not right.

will let you know later how I am. thanks all for caring

OP posts:
Tiggiwinkle · 27/02/2009 09:24

Sorry to hear you still feeling bad psycho.

Hope you get it sorted today.

psychomum5 · 27/02/2009 09:37

am back, and releived to know I am not dying!

saw a different doc, one who knows my history well without havin to look it all up, and he think that a), I do have a bladder infection, but b), the smear and internal has slightly shifted the coil and my uterus(sp?) is complaining about it!

I do have a pretty rough history of endo, plus fibroids, plus pelvic infections, plus cysts on my left ovary and I also suffered an eptopic in my left fallopian tube that altho miscarried (I didn;t need surgery thankfully as it was DS1's twin, and I would have lost him too), would obviously have also left scarring.

so, right now am on ciprofloxacin for the infection (which are strong accordin to doc, so will knock anything lurking on the head), and he has just prescribed diclofenac for the pain.

instructions to go to &E if the pain gets so bad I cannot do anything, or back to him monday if no improvement with a view to takin the coil out!

right now t ho, I am off to bed.

blinks · 27/02/2009 10:00

poor you.

lots of rest madam.

bellavita · 27/02/2009 11:20

What a relief to have a diagnosis, hope you get lot's of rest.

Tiggiwinkle · 27/02/2009 15:19

Hope you are feeling a bit better now

Jacksmama · 27/02/2009 15:47

Hey, glad to hear you got checked out - hope you're feeling better!!

psychomum5 · 27/02/2009 16:06

feelin rested thankyou

pain still there, but now i know what it is it is easier to bear (if that makes sense). the painkillers are helping too with that tho.

a friend did my school-run, and then DH got hom to check on me and sort the children hom just before the children got home. instructions from all are bed all day

I am hatin this tho..........I have just got over all the crappy illness from january and the children being ill, and now this comes, and it is kind of self-inflicted (well, not really, but YKWIM)

stealthsquiggle · 27/02/2009 16:15

Fingers crossed that with family pampering you for the weekend it will clear up and not require general anaesthetic sedation for the coil to be removed.

psychomum5 · 27/02/2009 16:19

stealth, I had he damn thing put in while I was under a general, and have joked about it coming out in the same manner.

the way I am feelin right now, I feel your joke miht actually come true!!!

OP posts:
stealthsquiggle · 27/02/2009 16:29
