For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

I am a bit porky too. I think I have taken the phrase 'there are no restrictions on what you can eat' and run with it .

Summer's on its way though. Think on. Myu arms need work before I am ready to display them.

Did you not expect a pink bundle, though? Or am I confusing you wiht someone else?
Anyway! Sounds like all in all it went brilliant, bar the hand infront of his little face!
As for crying Babies....oh dear...brings not so fond memories back!

Anyway...so...lots of peopels's "pics" put up...but no one tried to figure out me...pah....bastards ....

No photos yet. Will crawl under the coffee table tomorrow to get the wire out. Too tired tonight

Had more visitors and mw today. All good. And my little boy, yes BOY has been lovely and sleepy, so no doubt he now won't sleep all night again

Will try and get some photos on for you tomorrow. He is definitely scrummy though (and a HE and here!)
