For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Ooh, master pink looks lovely! And you do not look like you have just given birth at all! Fab pictures!

Actually mr pink is not bad either is he. Have I seen him before? Pink, you have been hiding him!

ahundredtimes · 24/02/2009 21:26

Popping in to see if Pink's had her baby - and she has! And what a baby Pinky. Divine. Well done all, I love the photo of the three of you. You look all perfect and snuggled in together, and your hair also looking good. Full marks Pink. Oooh I do love a baby.

Sorry, haven't read all thread. Hope everyone else okay.

pinkspottywellies · 24/02/2009 21:28

Thanks everyone. Guad, Mr Pink photographs better than he looks in real life Master Pink is indeed lovely

Guadalupe · 24/02/2009 21:29

I have a roving eye today. The young and rather handsome labourer at the house had a a twinkle in his eye earlier and it made me blush. He is very young. Sigh.

I have made them banana cake.

ahundredtimes · 24/02/2009 21:31

Did you blush holding a clipboard though?

Guadalupe · 24/02/2009 21:41

No, I just twiddled my hair.

Not really, I ask efficient and awkward questions, then I say, anyway I'll get out of your way.

Guadalupe · 24/02/2009 21:41

Why is there a huge gap at the top of the posts?

Boco · 24/02/2009 21:47

I've got that huge gap too! I thought it was just my computer being odd.

Lovely pictures Pink.

Boco · 24/02/2009 21:47

And the top message is written over the top of the name so you can't see it. What's that for?

Guadalupe · 24/02/2009 21:49

I don't know but it's really annoying.

Half an hour gym and an hour yoga.

Guadalupe · 24/02/2009 21:58

My god, yes, he was wasn't he. Tbh, I don't remember really SEEING anyone properly though, was all a blur. I remember Toot because she was sitting opposite me but the rest was like a sea of people and faces.

I do remember we all commented on handsome dh's though.
