For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Hey!!

Nice shoes LR.....slight shoe.

I also got a gorgeous necklace from one of my customers and am slightly overwhelmed.

Better day, - I cooked, and got out for a run.
Going to see my Brother and his family tomorrow, and having a sleep over. I haven't seen him for months.

Children played Twister and DD was hilarious.

I have never smoked. Anything. Does that make me boring? It is kind of strange in my head anyway. The only time I have been stoned was under hospital supervision on morphine.

Enjoy the continuing celebrations,

cheery wave and xx's to all

SuperBunny · 26/12/2008 20:05

I think it's quite impressive to never have been stoned. Enjoy your time with your family. I am missing mine quite a lot today.

TooTickyDoves · 26/12/2008 20:10

Do we all have wide feet then? Is it another 10/10 thing?

Franny, did you really dream about me? [intrigued]

Feather, I'm afraid some weirdo has been texting you again.

Boco · 26/12/2008 20:12

Hello Veggers, hope you all had wonderful Christmas days.

Freakishly narrow feet here.

TooTickyDoves · 26/12/2008 20:13

Last time I was stoned people ended up kissing people they wouldn't normally kiss. In quite a full on kind of way. I have been a little nervous about it since then. Anyway, I am old and sensible now. But the smell makes me quite nostalgic.

TooTickyDoves · 26/12/2008 20:14

Boco

As long as you're freakishly something, that's fine.

SuperBunny · 26/12/2008 20:14

Very narrow feet here too.

TooTickyDoves · 26/12/2008 20:16

TinyWhiteFeather · 26/12/2008 20:26

Toot. Have you been getting my texts back? Didn't finish last one as phone died (this afternoon).

Sorry you are missing your family SB. for you.

Maybe I should get stoned if you wind up kissing people.........drifts off into fantasy,
Gives self a sharp slap.

According to my neighbour I am weird. Full stop. Can never decide if this is a compliment or an insult. But I am simple so try to hope he is being nice.

FrannyandZooey · 26/12/2008 20:27

sorry TooT
in my dreams i am usually
trying and failing to find somewhere to poo
trying and failing to do ok at school
trying and failing to shag someone (usually someone I REALLY have no interest in in real life. Oh and once Simon Cowell )

this one was a new twist: trying and failing to get to the shops and the post office. quite restful really
