For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page.

Right let's start again!

Hello and welcome Fanciful!
Do you want to tell us a little bit about yourself?

OP posts:
pinkspottywellies · 08/10/2008 21:59

Moony, stop scaring the newbies

Fanci, Moony showed us a photo of herself streaking and some others had pregnancy photos in which they were disrobed. She thinks she's funny - ignore her The pit on the other hand....

Fanciful · 08/10/2008 22:03

oh right. well I have never streaked or anything i'm afraid, though sometimes i have felt as though i would like to. I don't mean that in a rude way, am just trying to fit in.
I am a twin, and i have a dp who is also a twin and his brother is married to my sister!!! Some people think it is a bit strange but we are all quite happy and even live quite near each other. That is probably the most interesting thing about me.
i have one dd who is 2.7 I thought i would be sure to have twins but didn't but am hoping i might next time, maybe. my sister does not have any children yet and they are wondering whether they will have twins, i think we all want to. is quite strange to have one dd who has no twin iyswim

fullmoonfiend · 08/10/2008 22:10

how cool!

OP posts:
Fanciful · 08/10/2008 22:12

yes i think so but i know that some people do think it is a bit odd exspecially as we can be a bit exclusive and we even sometimes go out wearing the same clothes which we shouldn't do really as it is something that does cause some concern to other people, like if we are in a restaurant or something. we are all quite different personalities though

fullmoonfiend · 08/10/2008 22:14

are you identical?

OP posts:
Fanciful · 08/10/2008 22:16

yes, we all are, i mean to our twins not all identical to each other.

TooTicky · 08/10/2008 22:16

That is fascinating.

Fanciful · 08/10/2008 22:18

oh hello. well not really, i mean other people think it is, but it is quite natural to us i suppose. sometimes it can be a bit much actually because you cannot always do what you want to and you have to ask three other people. it is a bit differen now that i have had dd you see, and they think we want it all to be the same as it was. but i'm talkin to much about myself. sorry

TooTicky · 08/10/2008 22:19

Oh god don't all leave now, I need a hug.

ahundredtimes · 08/10/2008 22:20
Grin
TooTicky · 08/10/2008 22:20

Oh, you're still there

It is v. interesting. I have often wondered what it would be like to be a twin.

TooTicky · 08/10/2008 22:21

100x !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been googling you

When is it out? I am not good on details.

ahundredtimes · 08/10/2008 22:22

Stop it. Why are you googling me?

I'm ashamed to say i was Fanciful. It is a slow evening here. I like name changing but I can never do it, because everyone is always SO bloody nice that I feel guilty.

How are you toot?

TooTicky · 08/10/2008 22:23

Actually, shouldn't we be a little huffy? You have forsaken us for an awful long time.

SuperBunny · 08/10/2008 22:23

How fascinating, Fanciful.

Why do you need a hug, Toot? (hug)

fullmoonfiend · 08/10/2008 22:23

oh you cow!!! Are you fanciful??

I have been gritting my teeth....

OP posts:
TooTicky · 08/10/2008 22:24

Franny did it first.

I'm quite glad Fanciful wasn't real actually.

How are you?

SuperBunny · 08/10/2008 22:24

Oh, ahundred. Grrr

fullmoonfiend · 08/10/2008 22:24

I have been reading your posts out to DH and roaring with laughter and wailing at having to be so nice to such a humourless simpleton

OP posts:
TooTicky · 08/10/2008 22:24

Thank you SB. I just do.

fullmoonfiend · 08/10/2008 22:25

I'm sooo glad she isn't real, or I would have ended up being really nasty out of irritation.....

Did i do good non-judgementalness?

OP posts:
pinkspottywellies · 08/10/2008 22:26

Oh no!!!!!!!!!!!! You said we're all nice but I just e-mailed FMV to slate Fanciful behind her back!!

fullmoonfiend · 08/10/2008 22:26

TooT, you know I will hug you.....x

OP posts:
fullmoonfiend · 08/10/2008 22:26
