Hello girls....

As you saw yesterday,Why,my newly found half sister has got lung cancer through smoking-my MIL is very ill with emphysema and she gave up a year ago-one of my friends husbands is only 34 and has just been diagnosed with lung cancer too.
Just some more of the reasons I gave up-imagine trying to explain to your kids if you got one of these terrible diseases-sorry to scare you but try and keep the thought in your head-the pleasure of smoking is NOT more important than the possiblity of wracking your families lives for ever!!

On a brighter note, its a lovely, sunny day and it feels great not to smoke anymore-those first few days dont feel like that but you both know that you will feel wonderful and guilt free VERY soon!

i'm doing really well,i can't believe it and i'm trying not to get too hooked on the lozengers so i only have one when i'm reaaaaally desperate,i've only had one this morning.

just keep taking one day at a time PF,think "ok if i get through today i can smoke tomorrow" and just keep saying the same thing in your head every day,before you know it you'll feel like you don't want a fag any anymore
