For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

DS1 is asleep - he must be ill, he never sleeps befor 10pm usually. Have resibned my self to another day of work. Kitchen cupboards could do with a clkearout

I think I put on about 2 stone with DS but for the last month I had to eat a low fat diet otherwise I think it would probably have been 3

I have about 3 photos of me pg. Only cause I went to so many weddings. And you can't tell that I'm pg cos my bump was so small!! I kept meaning to take some but DH never bothered

UR, I smother redcurrants with sugar (demerara is nicest) and eat them with Greek yogurt or ice-cream.

I gained 16kg (2 1/2 stone?) with ds1 and 8kg (just over 1 stone?) with ds2. I now weigh 52kg (er... 8andabit stone?), after starting at 49 pre-ds1. In my defence, I am a shortarse. I am pleased at having lost the weight, especially because I wasn't trying to, but I have to be careful to not be too pleased, as that way a repeat of my teenage brush with anorexia potentially lies.

Having spent my day dealing with bureaucacy stuff has made me stop pretending I don't have to go back to work. I've got used to this SAHM thing and if we didn't need, as in really need the money (not much downsizing to be done from a 2-bed flat ) I would so not be going back. Am holding on to my book and the doula course as routes to my Vocation. I will probably always have to WOH to some extent and know I will get resentful if I stay doing stuff my heart isn't in. It is going to be strange going back. It won't feel like me.

ds1 walked past and thought it was a painted breast! Your tummy button does look a bit like a nipple in the third one. It is amazing, very surreal indeed.

Franny how come you aren't attached to that bump??!!

Oh Franny. Oh Franny what a bump. And an outie. I never got one with ds1 and was so pleased when I got one with ds2.

Idris, have just been on your profile hoping for bump sharing. Is that you fourth one down? You are gorgeous.
