Cantaloupe, cantaloupe! Will you eat the bad mango? - 10 / 10 thread

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

stuffitllama · 20/06/2008 09:50

morning all
so sorry for school friends problems.. girls are particularly fickle and your dd sounds v nice and trusting boco
hope she finds one friend she can really trust

have been slip sliding away so afraid to stick head over parapet, but some improvement yesterday, still wading through vats of prepared chilli and bolognaise

i did at least make 5 yesterday and have only eaten a nectarine this morning but it was very nice and there are more vats to consume

i just don't like juice which i think would help with at least one or two.. but have a juice maker which i'll be using after move so will have vegetable and juices then

will have to take them like medicine though

childish men are just an irritant one can do without Fran, they would cry like babies if they had to go through it

how is the nesting, has ds learned how to cook a three course meal yet

FrannyandZooey · 20/06/2008 09:51

zippitippitoes · 20/06/2008 10:10

there are two post on htere now from first time posters lol

all i did was say it was crap and that would have been it from me just me saying that it was not imo worth the money

he then said i will put it right

i wasn't intending to do anything but perked up thinking oh that's good he is offering me a refund as a goodwill gesture

but of course he isn't offering anything at all

that is what annoyed me

and the oimpression i had that it was a womans business

fullmoonfiend · 20/06/2008 10:22

I just posted that fact on the thread zippi - both new posters, both with numbers in their names, one slagging you off for daring to complain and the other praising the product in question

I think, if ever there was an apt occasion to tell someone to stick their product where the sun don't shine, this would be it!
