Steve died at 10.30 in Jo's arms where he belonged.

I have spoken to her & she asked me to let you all know. Her dear friend Tracey is with her.

God he put up a good fight & I for one feel honored to have known him & his family.

Oh, Jo. What can I say? Steve fought so hard to stay with you and you were there for him every step of the way. I hope the end was peaceful for you both and I'm glad you were holding him. My thoughts are with you and all my love.
