I am sure like many, many mnetters I feel I can't sleep - somehow I want to be here for OJ and Steve though I can do nothing.

There's a lovely chant we use at church, which is from the Taize Commnuity in France

"remain here
keep watch with me
watch, and pray
watch, and pray"

I feel that tonight we are keeping watch with OJ and Steve as he moves closer to his eternal rest.

Prayers for you all, OJ, and all of us who wait with you.

OJ, nothing to say really, I'm sure it's all been said before, I have a wooden plaque on DS2's cot from MiL with the words
"As I lay me down to sleep, I pray the lord my soul to keep, May angels watch me through the night
and wake me with the morning light, If I should die before I wake I pray the Lord my soul to take."
Whe I say it tonight as I go to bed (I do every night) I'll say it for Steve.

One of my favourite prayers with DS.

VS, my granny taught me that prayer when I was tiny. I love it, and will be passing on to dcs.

The only other thing I have to say is that I am just in awe of OJ, all the time. All of the love and best wishes in the world.

I can't do the candles oj, they make me cry. But I am thinking of you and of Steve.
