My man is upstairs in bed asleep, he is very low today, it is breaking my heart to see him this way, so I can to some extent know how you are feeling Oj, its so hard to love, so hard to go on, you have been his angel by his side, always have and always will be, I admire you so much, all my love for a peaceful night xxxxxxxxxx

he has expensive tastes. he likes the GU black forest trifles, so cherry and chocolate are perfect.

lavender aids restful sleep though...
