Watched Embarasing Bodies last night. Who has DANGLY FANJO LIPS?

After watching that I now think i have a wierd vulva.
The lady that had the extra skin on her inner lips. The doctor said that they were not normal. Not in so many words but she said that they could be treated by a cosmetic surgeon.
And when the lady stood up and you could see that they protruded down from her outer lips. The doctor said that you wouldn't be able to see them normally.
Well my innner lips come down lower than the outer ones. I'm sure some other peoples must do too.
I have always been slightly worried/embarrased by them but I read in a problem page once, years ago, that this is normal. Some inner lips show, or hang down(that sounds yuk, they're not by my knees) whatever, others dont.

So do your inner fanjo lips hand down??

Worriedaboutfanjo I didn't see this but DH did and was telling me about it this morning. He suggested that the lady concerned must have been with some crap men as thy had not been nice about her lips and he thought surgery was a bit drastic and she should have been told she was perfectly all right and offered more psychological help rather than going under the knife. He also said he had seen some like this and it is not that unusual.

Have to say when I told MW after giving birth it didn't feel quite the same she likened it to stretching an elastic band which has been overstretched and then ends up being slightly more wrinkly when shrunk back to size.

I am laughing so loudly at this thread DH has told me to be quiet as he can't hear the football!!

Like nailpolish I'm a nurse too and have seen more fanjo flappery than you've had hot dinners. Believe me they come (oo err) in all shapes and sizes.

I would only worry if you need to roll them back and tuck them up inside yourself in order to get your knickers on.
