Not rinsing after brushing

I read a top tip from dentists is to not rinse your mouth after brushing, but I can never bring myself to do it. Does anyone do this? Just spit out the toothpaste and that’s it?

I don't rinse because I use sensitive toothpaste so it would undo the good.

I think it also comes down to how good your teeth are and what you are eating. If genetically your teeth are in great condition and you are eating healthy food then I think it doesn’t matter if you rinse or not. But if you have already some teeth problems and like to indulge in sweets, then definitely not rinse.
