For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Franny, ds1 blowpiped a pencil at ds2 and it went in his eye.

lullabyloo · 24/04/2008 22:37

back again
ds having coughing fits

ummm...
will try & keep it short ish

My father left my mother suddenly a couple of years ago
only I know his whereabouts
Today I recieved a letter from a solicitor acting on behalf of my mother asking me to contact him urgently with any info I have regarding my father

Now....Two questions
1 Is this likely to mean that my mother has approached solicitor about my father,or is she in trouble?
2 Am I obliged by law to give any info?

thankyou to anyone who is still up & can make any sense of that

Franny it is nice to have you back
I think trainer is a v good idea

lovely to have you back too
How was Cornwall, which bit did you go to?

OsmosisBanana · 24/04/2008 22:38

My Dad's job. We lived in Lahore and Karachi from 84ish - 88ish. I loved it. I think my Mum had a hard time.

Bringing up 4 tiny children is never easy, especially in Karachi!

I really miss it.

Whereabouts are your family from? I have plans to go to India with my best friend next year. I want to go to Kerala (for the food) and Rajasthan and a few other places. Tricksy with an infant, but my Mum managed! We have friends in Goa too, but not sure I can get sucked back into hippydom.

lullabyloo · 24/04/2008 22:39

excuse lack of punctuation, grammar & dreadful sp

am too tired to be arsed

TooTicky · 24/04/2008 22:39

Goodness Lully, I don't know.

OsmosisBanana · 24/04/2008 22:40

Good lord LL, I was just wondering where you were.

Stressful.. Can you ask why they want to know?

lullabyloo · 24/04/2008 22:41

Well,I could I suppose
But dont really want to ring them unless I have too IYSWIM

OsmosisBanana · 24/04/2008 22:45

Well, wait till they call you back, then ask. If it's that urgent, they'll Call you back. If it's just them being shifty, they'll keep leaving messages.

Don't stress

OsmosisBanana · 24/04/2008 22:47

Good night lovely ladies. I'm off for an orgasm.

lullabyloo · 24/04/2008 22:47

They didn't call,it was a letter
They used dh's surname too ,not mine
which was a bit odd

lullabyloo · 24/04/2008 22:47
Envy
S1ur · 24/04/2008 22:48

Phew. Found you.

Damn a teeny bit too late it seems. Orgasms?

Good fruit day, bad moving faster than a snail day.

Now will attempt to ctach up on orgasm detail

OsmosisBanana · 24/04/2008 22:53

Yeah, I knew someone would take the bait. No orgasms yet but they are in the offing.

I had amazing sex last night. It was almost like (whisper it) pre baby sex. Wise nodding going on around the 10/10 table. I should fight with DH more often (not possible you might say).

OsmosisBanana · 24/04/2008 22:54

I'm going to start an orgasm thread tomorrow I reckon. Might have to take a can of beer into work to kick start things.

S1ur · 24/04/2008 22:59

OB were you ES?

Yes orgasm threads are always lovely, do that.

ladywombling · 24/04/2008 22:59

You are not crap [stern]

UnderRated · 25/04/2008 00:08

Not crap, zippi.

Is it worth trying to explain it to her properly? Or would it be better not to?

Sorry so many people are feeling rubbish.

Lully - can you ask a solicitor? Or CAB what your rights are.

zippitippitoes · 25/04/2008 00:08

no i once took a boy who had lots of problems to board for the first time at school when he just witnessed me leaving his dad hours or probably less earlier..i think i am having a confessional moment..i need to be kicked out of 10/10

zippitippitoes · 25/04/2008 00:12
