Turn around stir fries, every now and then I feel a part (of a mango)

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

they do indeed have first class, with beds.

As cad as Flashman I reckon. He is pretty though

UnderRated · 26/02/2008 19:06

Yes, yes, first class on aeroplanes is fab. I am always envious when I walk through it to my teeny seat with all the other commoners.

MrsCarrot · 26/02/2008 19:06

I have just sprinkled edible gold dust on some choclate cornflake cakes and it has transformed them into golden nuggets. They are having them as a prize for tidying the front room up properly.

UnderRated · 26/02/2008 19:10

Where's everyone else?

Has GrouchyOscar disappeared?

UnderRated · 26/02/2008 19:14

Edible Gold Dust, Mrs Carrot? On cornflake cakes?

MrsCarrot · 26/02/2008 19:20

Yes, I found it in the drawer when I was looking for buncases. It's quite cheap and good fun. I bought it for a chocolate mousse cake that I made my friend last summer, I put a flake on top for a log and some tiny fairies and real flowers and leaves and then called it Midsummer Nights Dream.

UnderRated · 26/02/2008 19:27

Wow, Mrs C your midsummernight's dream sounds fabulous. I assume you used real fairies too.

FrannyandZooey · 26/02/2008 19:39

oh I thought maybe it was called club class? what is club class then?

anyway the fairy dust sounds amazing. I once got ds to sleep through the night (something he had only done about twice in his life at that point) by sprinkling BarryM on his pillow and saying it was magic sleepy dust

should have tried it tonight and said it was magic no-weeing dust

Hello

I've had a lot of fruit and vegetables. That's all you need to know.

MN has been absolutely bonkers today, never known it to be so crazed. Been staring open mouthed.

FrannyandZooey · 26/02/2008 20:25

Boco how is the poo thing?

OP posts:
Boco · 26/02/2008 20:25

I thought Jude Law was very handsome in The Talented Mr Ripley, but Alfie was the worst thing I've ever seen, he's been in some terrible shite. That makes him less pretty. He needs to be a bit more picky.

Boco · 26/02/2008 20:26

Well Franny, it's firming up a bit, but still the most bizarre shade and consistency. Very odd. And getting tummy aches and floppiness in between being bouncy and perfectly fine.

Boco · 26/02/2008 20:27

I like it in here, it's all safe and warm. You can just here muffled screams and shouting and things smashing through the yurt walls.

Boco · 26/02/2008 20:28

Am I all alone here?

FrannyandZooey · 26/02/2008 20:29

My jaw dropped at the end of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil when it said the young lad was him - I really had not recognised him

he was superb in that Oscar Wilde thing - I think he is exactly how I think of Bosie

Don't make me go back out there!
There's fighting, banjo music, trolls, troll hunters..

FrannyandZooey · 26/02/2008 20:30

ah Boco it wasn't that bad IMO

I remember blood and limbs being ripped off and half a dozen people being banned and flouncing all at once

this is a mere blip

OP posts:
Boco · 26/02/2008 20:31

Phew, Franny is here.

That whole Primrose Hill set really get on my nerves. Sadie Frost can't act at all, not one bit, painful, and all the smug old toss they've done.

FrannyandZooey · 26/02/2008 20:32

I haven't seen her in anything, she just looks nice and down to earth in Heat magazine Granta

Boco · 26/02/2008 20:32

Did you see the football thread though? With spottyzebra and aitch and custardo? I think spotty zebras posts were the most directly rude i've seen. And the custy aitch argument made me nervously read from between fingers.

FrannyandZooey · 26/02/2008 20:33

oh no I missed that one
is it still active?

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 26/02/2008 20:33

oh hold on I saw some of it yesterday
is it still vicious?

OP posts:
Boco · 26/02/2008 20:35

It got much much worse.
But all the really nasty posts were deleted.

Boco · 26/02/2008 20:36

And did you see the thread about blogs started by ll that was then deleted when someone called her a cuntbag? Adn then started another thread about middle class scum? And everyone was accused of having sticks up their bottoms and things like that? All baffling.

FrannyandZooey · 26/02/2008 20:48

oh no I did miss all this
it sounds quite exciting
sorry for those who got it in the neck, though
