For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

I have just got back from a gig and the singer was drinking from a goat's stomach, can you believe it?

FrannyandZooey · 02/02/2008 23:08

Nooooooooooo
he wasn't

why?

OP posts:
BBBee · 02/02/2008 23:09

no we don;t believe tou.

you are obsessed and hallucinating.

BBBee · 02/02/2008 23:10

it was an unusual paper cup but you are so preoccupied you decided it was something to do with a goat.

MissCreant · 02/02/2008 23:10

She was

and she had a black wedding dress on and she jumped about in it remarkably well. Music was sort of spanish/cossack/folkey. Was quite good.

Why she drunk from that I cannot fathom

MissCreant · 02/02/2008 23:11

LOl bbbe, I haven't drunk that much, was definitely a stomach

MissCreant · 02/02/2008 23:12

I had to go before the end as my taxi came, I wasn't meant to go at all but it was friends birthday meal and I was persuaded. As you do.

FrannyandZooey · 02/02/2008 23:14

how a stomach? wouldn't it be all floppy and, well, attached to a goat?

OP posts:
BBBee · 02/02/2008 23:16

it sounds good mrsC even if you -managed to crow bar a goat in there somewhere.

am glad you went and had fun.

I have a black wedding dress. I didn't get married in it but I wore it for my goth friend's wedding. was good.

MissCreant · 02/02/2008 23:18

it was stiff, and goldy brown, with the long bit coming down and she was swigging it.

I asked 2 different people and they both said goats stomach very matter of fact and carried on dancing, so i carried on dancing and thought I can't wait to tell the 10/10 ers this. Then I thought perhaps I thought perhaps i come on here too much.

MissCreant · 02/02/2008 23:19

I knew you'd think I made it up

ZippiBabes · 02/02/2008 23:19

lol missc you were probably the only one who could recognize a goat stomach and fifty paces

BBBee · 02/02/2008 23:20

god no don;t think you are here too much. Here is much better than real life. You can chat to people in your pyjamas whilst doing work and drinking wine and it is not rude.

FrannyandZooey · 02/02/2008 23:21

we don't think you made it up
(well I don't, Bee thinks you hallucinated it)
I just want photographic evidence

OP posts:
MissCreant · 02/02/2008 23:25

it was exactly this shape

FrannyandZooey · 02/02/2008 23:25

gosh [respectful]

where was the rest of the goat?

OP posts:
MissCreant · 02/02/2008 23:27

curried, probably

OverRated · 02/02/2008 23:29

And why?

BBBee · 02/02/2008 23:29

MrsC

YOU RECOGNISED A GOAT'S STOMACH FFS

we are allowed to be a bit

MissCreant · 02/02/2008 23:32

I didn't recognise it though

I asked what she was drinking from, suspecting it was an animal and then I said, Oh, and nodded as if it were normal.

I didn't say I must tell my interenet friends who won't believe me seen as our cloven friend has become a mascot of sorts.

FrannyandZooey · 02/02/2008 23:33

I believe you

you would never lie about something so important as goat body parts
